There is no testimony or witnesses that can call Dee Dee a liar about her phone call with Martin ... she can lie about everything else with impunity ... simply because the alleged lies about everything else have no bearing on what the prosecution is alleging ... Dee Dee corroborates what every single witness has testified too .... where and when Martin was ... this is accepted jurisprudence.

You mean by impeachable witness'.One was absolutely off her rocker hysterical.
The other barely understood the English language, certainly nothing bigger
    than 2 syllable words.
This Dee Dee star witness was as incorrigible a witness as I've ever seen.
Plus her testimony got impeached { impugned }.
You mean all it takes is for a few hack lawyers like Marcia Clark to
spread rumor that Dee Dee was actually the ideal witness { because she was
So real, down to earth } is all it took.
This is sickness. The typical type crap that MSNBC peddles.Which explains their
ratings. They just Lie and peddle innuendo.

    Whatever makes you feel better!
The fact is that Deedee's honesty and straight forward answers, INCLUDING, and maybe ESPECIALLY her admission that she lied about the reason WHY she didn't go to Trayvon's wake (by the way. . .what does that have to do with what she heard on February 26?) was IMPRESSIVE and VERY heart wrenching.

Obviously, anyone with a heart knew exactly what she was saying with so much raw emotion: She didn't go to the funeral because she didn't want to see Trayvon's body. . .she felt GUILTY about being the last person talking to him. . .she felt overwhelmed and incapable to face the body of her long time friend.

By the way. . .the QUESTION that was asked of her re: that wake was NOT in court. . .and was extremely vague, and her answer was ALSO very vague. . .NO real "lie" that you can point to.

And. . .obviously she hasn't been charged with perjury!

Would you please provide a link that states that "her testimony got impeached?"

Deedee WAS the ideal witness! You can't find a witness that straight forward, real, with raw emotion (both positive and negative) and with enough "fire" that she doesn't get intimidated by the likes of West, but basically (and innocently) calls his bull!

Nope. . .and the fact is that now that the PREVIOUS calls were allowed in court. . . it puts EVERYTHING into perspective. . .including the fact that GZ was NOT a "virgin" in terms of calling 911. . .and that he KNEW what the dispatcher met with ""we don't need you to do that."

He obviously knew from MANY previous calls what his role was. . .and it WASN't to follow and confront a "suspect!"

By the way, it doesn't look like his tract record at identifying "suspects" was very good! Was it 1 in 50 that was actually arrested?

I'm not about to waste precious time responding to that drool.
Even a rummy watching Dee Dee knows she was just winging stuff.
Ever heard the expression " with a straight face ". Dee Dee looked up and
down and all around.Could hardly understand half of her reply's.
A lot of Nooooooooooooooooo and quickie yes.Quite a few NOPE!.

mod edit>>>stop it or your will leave the thread

Directly after the live feed a debate ensued with a few lawyers. One explaining
during one of the breaks that the Defense needs to attack hard the fact
that Dee Dee has lied. The Defense never did.because she has impeached herself.
Then when the trial shut down for the day another lawyer said it was
remarkable how the defense managed to thoroughly impeach her time and
again.MSNBC on the other hand never used the word " Impeach ".
Don't count on MSNBC for yer news is the takeaway.
When are you sycophants gonna learn.

So. . .you listened to "wishful thinking" from some talking heads, and you took that as the "hand of the law?"

Is her "being impeached" the reason why she was told to come back tomorrow, in spite of her resistance to do that?

    Okay! :roll::roflol:

Well, I have already shown where the dispatcher specifically stated that GZ appeared calm when uttering those words and all you have is a generalization on the words themselves. I see that your bias is only allowing you to hear what you want to hear, while I'm actually listening to what the question is asking and the response to them.

You Trayvonites are living in fantasy land. Your "star witness" has been caught lying, changed her testimony from her original deposition, admitted not taking the interview with Crump seriously, showed the jury what a racist Trayvon was, and made a complete ass of herself on the stand. Good job.

Don't take it from me .. take it from Marcia Clark who slapped the cheery face off Lisa Bloom when she schooled her on the Law of when witnesses can lie.

I believe that we all hear what is most important to us. . .and what WE want to hear.

This is in NO WAY specific to me.

    Just a reminder!

Again ... almost the exact same take as Marcia Clark on - Politics Nation -
making an almost complete jerk of herself and smiling continuously.
Completely discounting the obvious lies with the Funeral and age as
as if totally appropriate given the circumstance and No biggie. No one
should care.Nuttiness.Exactly what MSNBC is known for.
Thoose Lies were material and do establish veracity.Or lack thereof.
The final lie of changing around her opinion as to whether it was Trayvon or
George screaming, being the final straw.Dee said she was kinda certain then she
wasn't certain then she didn't know then she didn't really care then if she did care
no one would know, not even Crump because she never wanted to be bugged
by Crump.way to goad ... Dee Dee.These Trayvon defenders can shore feel
    rpoud.

Is this the same Marcia Clark who came up with the genius idea to make a defendant try on gloves while he was already wearing gloves?

In yet in another bizzare moment in the life of Zimmy .. his attorney keeps badgering her after cracka & n-word ... he should have left it at that ... there was no other need to sustantiate what every other witness there testified too ... when and where Martin was ..

West was like a dope addict ... maybe one more shot .... one more round on the horse ... will *get me there*

Rachel "lied" to Trayvon's mother about her age. . .
And she "lied" about the reason why she didn't attend Trayvon's wake.

She CLEARLY and very powerfully explained the REASON for those two "lies," neither of which is at all related to what she HEARD on the day of the shooting.

She has not changed ANYTHING about her statement concerning what she heard from the very first time. . .she has just provided more details that fit perfectly within the time frame and within the context.

It is so funny how the Zimbots have NO PROBLEM believing Rachel when she states the words Trayvon said (re: creepy crackers) when they THINK it might mean a black eye for Martin. . . but do not believe ANY OF HER OTHER STATEMENTS, even when they are perfectly supported by phone records and coincide perfectly with other witnesses' testimony.

But. . . it is the "Trayvon supporters" who are living in a "fantasy land?":roflol:

Not everybody. A lot of people think a bit more logically with less emotions and believe words do have meaning and the context that those words are spoken in, are important.

    Just a reminder!

Ok here's another reality/logic check. Rachel says that Trayvon drops the phone and runs, supposedly away from Zimmerman while she is on the phone right after she describes an out of breath Zimmerman asking him why he is there. So logically she is alleging an out of breath older man outran Trayvon, knocked him down and mounted him to start beating him. T! Was built like a track star and even if he wasn't was far younger than Zimmerman and could have easily outrun him. What makes more sense is that Trayvonn ran toward Zimmerman attacking him and mounting him then starting to beat him.

If I am wrong, explain it to me logically.

She lied because she wanted to avoid envolvement in this case. She lied to Crump. In her deposition she said she wasn't sure whose voice she heard, and today she somehow knew it was Trayvon. She has no credibility.

I was not referring to Dee Dee I was referring to your statement: it's obvious Zimmy has finally reached the breaking point... Changing the subject is no defense for your emotional presumptive conclusion about what you think Zimmerman's relative state of mind was.

You have a point ... from what I understand, as soon as Martin lost Zimmy ... he went back to walking and conversing to Dee Dee about the All-Star Game ... then all of a sudden Zimmy was behind him ... I guess this only proves that Martuin was such an imminent threat to Zimmmy that he chased him down.

    With a gun.
