This camera stuff here is a circus act. What exactly are they showing?

 

Which goes to prove my thinking all along.That somewhere along the
line fast ones are gonna be pulled.I think this Judge is a ringer.She acts all
concerned and polite.I think deep down she is playing a favorite.I think
she's been gotten to.In fact,I make bet on it.
Unlike *Judge Ito who was just a Japanese judge trying too hard to be
fair to all sides.He played right into political correctness.

Just like the black who started a fight with me once didn’t at first think anything was wrong in using it and honky and redneck in the hope I would reciprocate an “N” word and only I get fired by the black boss of both of us. He complained I was stalking him when I mentioned he had no business being all over the plant for six or more hours out of every day, so his job that he would take two weeks on was so far behind that me and another guy had to do overtime on a Saturday and do one of his planes in a day; it was my job as Lead Man to go fetch stuff from miles away and not his; and my concern as Lead Man was why I could not be any kind of Union rep. My immediate boss was all over my cracker ass because we had to send out to a special development department for help on his job, when the department we were using was slower than molasses (four weeks) and white as the driven snow.

Her attitude is similar to why rednecks from Atlanta and Damn Yankees from Detroit, and several points in between, had a virtual point system for blacks crossing the streets.

It is one reason why Reconstruction failed and it took all this time to get away from thinking it is a racial thing; subsistence farming and milling about didn’t fly.

That's the problem with liars and their testimony... you don't know when or if they are telling the truth. The jury may end up ignoring all DD's testimony.

 

You still just don't get it. The prosecution has to make a case first, before the defense has any duty to make a case. They have failed, MISERABLY!

 

Normalcy Bias.In the black community it is fully excusable to call each other
the " n " word.But just dare any white.Loss of job,jail time,possible civil rights
