    No body said that she was a GOOD Liar... at best, she was being loyal to her friend and all else is up for grabs. Being on point doesn't mean it is the truth.

    You need to give up trying to show there was no pursuit ... further, actually belieivng Martin turned around to confront Zimmy ... and that was when Zimmy was justified in the use of force ...

    Looks to me like the pros is establishing that George was on the bottom for only a few seconds.

    The point is Trayvon was no where near the T and saw no more need to run and all Trayvon needed to do was go inside and deliver skittles to be finished with the "creepy ass cracka".
    Instead Trayvon chose to take himself from the safe position to confront George.

    Not much of a guess, since I have already stated as much....and it is true...not that it will happen, but for sure, what is laughable is your position that the defense is the one left with the burden of proof.

    But being on point, under withering cross examination, particularly when you don't appear too bright, enhances your credibility.

    I don't know what the truth is here. Like everyone else, I have my opinions.

    I did not particularly like or respect this witness. But I do believe her story.

    You simply state unsubstantiated one-liners and then declare the state hasn't proved anything ... this is a consistent pattern here with all Zimmyheads ... LOL.

    No, but following someone, when you don't know that person, or have any reason to interact them, pretty well undermines a self defense claim.

    George Zimmerman put himself in harm's way.

    Yes in cross, O'Mara is seeking to prove that Martin was on top in MMA combat on Zimmy ... this goes to the Mexican girl who saw Zimmy on top ... after the gunshot ...

    This means O'Mara is attempting to prove self-defense ...

    That's one... one-sided POV, but as I recall TM was at home and went back out....the tables of your POV have then turned in that case.

    Quite a difference between today's defense witness { Star witness }
    and yesterdays Star witness.Like I said yesterday,a good witness is
    precise and direct.Sure of themselves and their testimony.
    Plus they actually speak English very fluently.Unlike 3 witness the
    state offered where an interpreter was used for one and the other
    spoke broken English and Dee Dee had difficulty both understanding many
    questions and even reading what she had written.

    that's because the State's lawyers have been forced by the media into trying a case that should have never went to trial, they are trying to make a silk purse out of sow's ear evidence

    murder 2 is out the window completely at this point and manslaughter is sitting on the sill teetering

    summary

    first 2 prosecution witness - 1 heard three shots , other said dark clothing on top. Dee Dee perjured herself 3 times by my count. This guy has firmly established Martin was on top

    782.02 Justifiable use of deadly force.—The use of deadly force is justifiable when a person is resisting any attempt to murder such person or to commit any felony upon him or her or upon or in any dwelling house in which such person shall be.

    O'Mara can't seem to prove who was getting pounded or who was screaming ... actually telling this witness he didn't see what he saw and heard what he heard ... as with every witness ...
