If Justice truly was blind than this Trial would be allowed to submit Trayvon's
Tweets to establish HIS frame of mind.There would be no doubt as to the
rawness and confrontational nature directly identified by his character.

Meaning those Tweets would automatically prove with any shadow of a doubt
That Trayvon was about the furthest thing from a saint as humanly possible.

No kidding! TM may have been in shock and felt nothing but the impact. That is common for gunshot victims.

There were no screams of pain after the gunshot.

 

And the claims that it was an instant death shot, he is testifying that Martin lived for some seconds after the shot was fired as leftysargent has claimed.

"Suffering" is not evidence. It doesnt determine guilt. It doesnt determine innocence its an emotional ploy.

 

While I understand, the issue of Trayvon still being alive will help the Defense explain that George may have in-fact moved Trayvon's arms out, only to have Trayvon pull them back under, albeit slowly, reflex-like, towards the pain in this chest, as the last act of his living life.
