Zimmerman Trial (Thurs. July 11th) MOD ALERT

I always cringe when I see conservatives playing the liberal game via the use of a charge of racism. But then I know the true meaning of 'racism' and thus never use the modern or liberal concept of 'racism'...aka playing the liberal game.

In addition....even if you go by their rules and their definition....they will still not play fair.

Anyhow....I would say that the reason Zimmerman was charges was politics.....the liberal need to enforce and pursue their agenda of black victimhood politics...make the white man feel guilty and then make him pay more of his tax monies into the welfare coffers....start a few more federal programs for the inner cities etc. and so forth.

 

It seems to me that the Judge has (from the beginning) been trying to stack the deck against Zimmerman. This puts her in the tank for the State, which has no case or evidence against Zimmerman, which explains the State coming off (to me) as mean and absurd. They wanted to paint Zimmerman as racist and malicious. But he's not. All the meanness, maliciousness and racism has been coming from blacks, the Obama admin, Sharpton, Jackson, etc. I think that Obama, Holder, Sharpton and Jackson are unreliable, untrustworthy, undignified, unamerican, rotten SOB's for what they've done. I'm sorry that the civil rights movement has empowered such awfull people, making the black american legacy in freedom a thing of grief and shame and misconduct.

 

It is always the liberals who want to talk about inferiority and superiority....true conservatives talk about things like.............right vs. wrong, truth vs. lies, and a recognition that we have a huge racial problem in this nation due to 'racial differences' and racial preferances not to racial superiority or racial inferiority....aka blacks(the Majority) want to be around their own kind, play their own music, have their own culture and so on and so forth.....nothing wrong with that except for one bitter fact....black culture and white culture do not mesh.....thus the huge fallacy of the philosophy of 'integration' and we have been paying the price for that huge, huge social policy mistake ever since integration was forced onto American People by the Federal Government.

 

I agree.....there is too much confusion already regarding this case without going into fairytale land. heh heh

 

I think Affirmative Action and quotas are prima facie evidence that liberals think blacks are inferior and cannot make it on their own.

 

So what the defense elicited from witnesses is that there is nothing illegal about a *soft* man sitting in his vehicle by himself at night in the rain with a gun who calls 911 when he spots a young brutha and commences to raise the situation to an emergency of imminent bodily harm with racisss-profanity ... and nothing illegal about exiting your vehicle armed ... and nothing illegal about getting in someones' face and brandishing a weapon and threatening them ...

Yes, there is nothing illegal about Zimmys' lynch mob mentality.

 

And the complaint that blacks are at a disadvantage because of voter ID.

 

Well, I doubt if we would agee on much but on this point you are pointing out things that the liberals need to come to grips with....it is one thing to pursue a political agenda in a legitimate fashion.....but when they resort to pursuing their political agenda via the persecution and prosecution of a innocent man then that is a very bad sign of where we are headed.

When you look at the history of the left in other nations you see this same willingness to persecute people in the name of a supposed 'higher morality' and in the name of 'political correctness'. Those with even a slight knowledge of this history of socialism, progressiveism, Marxism and so forth knows very well what happened to millions of people who came under their power....a power that was used to enslave thousands and thousands in the camps in Siberia....a power that was used to systematically starve and slaughter millions of others who opposed socialism/communism. Now we see a regime with historical ties to the same ideology use their power to persecute a innocent man...is this the beginning of more oppressive federal polices and government or should America rise up and make sure it is the end of the misuse of power?

Equality means equal under the law. Democrats still make laws based on race that have not only destroyed generations but have made sure they will not succeed. Nothing much has changed.

 

Just the FACT that yesterday she was willing to hear from a cop who arrested Zimmerman when he was 21 years old shows how biased she is. We cant hear about Trays texts that indicate violence a week before, but she is going to allow the state to grasp that far to try to hang Zimmerman. She is totally disgraced now and any hopes she ever had for the FSC is over, thank God.

 

I thought that was important defense evidence introduced going to Zimmys' mind ... there is nothing illegal about Zimmys lynch mob mentality.

 

Zimmerman was overcharged. No doubt about it. The state didn't have the evidence to prove 2nd degree murder. I wouldn't rule out Zimmerman being convicted of a lesser charge though.

 

Really? Seems to me much of the discussion has been about Zimmerman's capabilities physically when the paradigm is that a man should be able to protect themselves if they were a "real man". That would never come into question if it had been a woman.

 

The only thing proven here is that you cannot read. He was clearly referring to the vicious attacks liberals make against blacks who dare stray off the liberal plantation.

It's you liberals who think blacks are inferior, and need extra points on entrance exams and other government assistance towards them based on their skin color to succeed in the USA.

 

Just saying that proves that you think blacks are inferior and cannot make it on their own merits.

Libs think they have to stack the deck in black's favor to help them succeed.

 

"Out of the Mouth of Babes" or sumptin like dat. Anyhow...you can yell superiority and inferiority until the cows come home but no one fails to see the pathological conditions in the black community that results in a majority of black kids having no father present, countless black teenagers killing mostly other black teenagers, a huge drug problem and an astounding number of black teenagers caught up in the criminal justice system....now your answer to this would be of course 'white racism' causes all that.

Even if it were true(which it is not) how will that help you? Many people have historically been persecuted but managed to dig down and understand they must rely upon themselves to help themselves....yet here in America we have a minority that has been treated better now for at least the last 50 years than any minority in history...and yet there is no evidence whatsoever that they are improving their communities or the myriad of social problems that exist ....most especially...with their young people.

Their constant refrain of 'white racism' has become quite repugnant to the majority and people (even Jews) are less willing to help the minorities now as a result of the use of the scapegoat of 'white racism'...which many white liberals have bought into...but even many of them now are waking up to the fact that pursuing such a path leads nowhere but to more problems and more social upheaval.

The Federal Government, Hollywood Celebrities and the media are the only forces now pushing the agenda of black victimhood....the majority population understands quite well that it is all fallacious and destructive to the nation as a whole.

 

I hope she is held accountable by the judicial conduct board and the voters.

 

While she could care less if the defense was given evidence very late and only because it was uncovered that the state was concealing it, she attempted to give the state extra time to prepare for GZ taking the stand by forcing him to tell her before the defense rested. I wish GZ had remained mute and pointed to West.

 

Only lefty blacks, not conservative blacks.

 

A Manslaughter verdict with doubt as to who started the fight would be unjust.

The jury instructions on the law will be very important.
