Still not seeing how this could end in anything but a mistrial.

 

The Obama Justice railroad keeps rolling right along.

Listen to this judge... They are skimming through everything they found to find SOMETHING AFTER the fact. This is complete BS!

 

I don't know but he is a registered democrat.

 

I've never seen anything like this before.

 

What if he had said no and then in rebutal the prosecution had presented something the gave him the desire to then testify? Would the judge have said then "too bad you already said no"?

 

More propaganda(to be nice)also...... stand your ground had nothing to do with this case...you watch the trial every day ...you should know better. This was a simple case of self defense.

 

Almost every legal expert, who is relying on the facts, has said even manslaughter was not proven. Only the ones who fallaciously claim that Zimmerman followed or acosted Martin after the NEN dispatcher told him "we don't want you to do that" even claim a manslaughter.

 

Fundamental change in America has finally arrived!

 

Under pressure by the racist left, the racist left's criminal media, and race hustlers Obama and Eric Holder, the state of Florida charged him with murder 2.....now the state....KNOWING they've got NO EVIDENCE of malice
and NO EVIDENCE to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Zimmerman didn't act in self defense
is NOW arguing to move the goal posts in order to put the guy in jail for something...ANYTHING.

Is that "justice" YOU'D like to face if you were charged with a specific crime?

 

This isn't justice..This is a fishing expedition AFTER THE TRIAL exposed what they can prove, or at least try to.

 

He lost his innocence claim when he committed a felony assault on Zimmerman, why do you leave that fact out?

The prosecutor has no such case, it was proven in court Martin was threatening Zimmerman with serious bodily harm or death and no evidence was provided that Martin had license to assault Zimmerman.

But do give us the scenario the prosecution presented with the evidence to support it beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman was not acting in self defense. Not your suppositions and conjectures and maybe's or could have's. The specific proven scenario and the clear convincing evidence to support it.

 

The Judge cited case law and precedence in introducing lesser charges ... wake-up.

 

You've been claiming the prosecution have evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman did not act in self defense. Don't know why you don't understand they didn't and did not present any such evidence.

 

Now they are trying to change the self defense law?

Now it looks like the judge is going to allow 3rd degree and child abuse??? Are you kidding me??? She doesn't think the defense should be allowed time to counter this with an argument??? OMG!!!!

 

Congratulations. You have just acquitted George Zimmerman. If the State cannot create reasonable doubt that it was not self defense, then it WAS self defense. In other words, as long as there is a POSSIBILITY that GZ acted in self defense, doubt was not created and it is assumed that he DID act in self defense.

That is how our legal system works. Someone would have to be very young indeed to not understand that.
