I don't think this kangaroo court in any way represents how our legal system is supposed to work...

 

Contrary to the belief of Zimmies ... jurisprudence requires facts not hysteria.

You can't interpret OR as AND like the Prosecutor is trying to do. The judge seemed to agree.

 

Yet here we are, with no facts that back up the state's contentions, go figure...

The judge is under pressure from the liberal establishment to convict Zimmerman.

She is no more impartial than any of the libs posting on this board.

How jaded are you? What have you been watching? The prosecution itself even showed that Trayvon was in the mount position, had busted Zimmermans nose. And was bashing his head onthe concrete. I have read many of your posts and you keep coming back to this self defense training and weight and age differential. From experience I cna tell you having trained in jiu-jitsu, 9 months is nothing, zero, zilch when it comes to training. It took me years 8 to be exact to acheive my 1st black belt. After 9 months of true training George may have known how to throw 2 basic punches and two basic kicks. He was far from a seasoned fighter as you like to claim. Understand that physical conflict is nothing more then leverage, and learning how to manipulate leverage in your favor. You are just clueless so please stop.

 

I do not think his problem is being young....yet you see similar understandings by media commentators ...all of which proves it is not a lack of knowledge of the law that is the problem......the real problem is a political witchhunt.....which harks back to the days of Stalinist Russia and their show trials.

If this case does not wake up people to the path we are headed down...nothing will.

 

This case has been an unmitigated disaster for the prosecution.....but "Nobel Peace Prize" recipient Obama and his "Inclusive Party" CANNOT afford to have "their people"....their "victims".... become victimizers, and be seen burning down America's urban centers.

I like this timeline by Don West. The defense needs to present it to the jury in their closing arguments.

In most states someone who is 17 would be charged as an adult in criminal proceedings.......and the State of Florida wants a "child abuse" charge here.........I pray, for the American justice system, that this jury sees through this charade and sends the race hustlers a message.......I feel like I,m watching a trial from Stalin's Soviet Union

Correct me if I'm wrong ... but as I remember (R) Gov. Dred Scott has the ultimate power/authority to appoint special prosecutors.

 

The defense did a superb job, so the judge has to step in to get the desired result.

 

Is the state trying to claim that have a legal firearm on you you are provoking someone? Then all CCW holders can be legally attacked for no reason!
