Eye witness testimony isn't worth bat guano. What is the witness's biases? He could be a rabid Z supporter like so many people are. Z's blood is over TM's clothes because he dripped it on them from his self-inflicted wounds.

 

T doubled back and ambushed Z.

 

There's no need to argue over established procedures. Google it yourself. If you find a link that supports you then post it. That's what I did and the lawyer who wrote it thinks that Z will get off.

 

I may be wrong but I also ,think progress has been made for Zimmerman's defense
as far as standard of self-defense.No longer needed to defend against charges of
a " depraved mind " just reasonable fear for his life.

 

Z only had a little blood on T's clothes. One spot in fact, on the inside shirt. T's blood was all over Z.

We know who killed who, I don't see the DNA evidence affecting the case too much.

 

Explain about the eye witness that testified to the dark sweatshirt guy on top of the lighter skinned guy with his arms flailing down on the bottom guy.

Why did Zimmy tell the cops he forgot he had a gun until Martin reached for it ?

 

Except zimmy got a beating which is why this isn't a perfect case.

 

There are only 2 ways Zimmy gets off.If a jury of 6 decide to acquit or there's
a hung jury.No amount of Beer Talk from any Lawyer at this stage means squat.

Yes it is. I watched the whole testimony today. There were many spots of blood from Zimmerman on Trayvon's clothing. Zimmerman had a busted nose and wounds to the back of his head and blood was on him and all over Trayvons clothing. An eye witness has testified to seeing the dark sweatshirt guy on top of the other with arms flailing just minutes before the gun shot was fired.

Can you explain how you see Zimmerman as having not been attacked given this evidence presented in court?

There was no Zimmerman DNA on the trigger either. Does that mean Zimmerman didn't shoot?

BTW, since Z has been in jail what has happened to the burglary rate in that area? Has it increased or has it decreased?
