I have no more need to read the Old Testament, than I have to study the dimensions of the 1951 Brooklyn Dodgers' baseball stadium, Ebbets Field. :giggle:

The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land.

That is why all religions, including Islam is protected.

Settled law, well established for the last 200 years.

And that is what makes you such an authority on what religions do and don't do. Your ability to ignore the teachings of religions.

I didn't say that. You did. Sure, there's exceptions. But Eid al Adha isn't one of them. :giggle::giggle:

Religion has nothing to do with any of this. Neither does food. Please stay ON TOPIC.

Yes it is. And that's why the supremacist ideology of Islam is 100% unconstitutional (it's also seditionist by US Code 2384)

Good Night !!

The idea of the thread appears to be to find another reason for people to want to harass and expel Muslims from America.

That would, of course, be rubbish.

Actually, Eid al-Adha is all about religion and food-sharing, so your post is an absurdity. You are just going to have to put up with people who respond negatively to the mindless drivel you have posted here.

Define "WE" in some way that makes sense here. You do not speak for Americans.
Unlikely.

Please read ss 828.23(3). You are wrong and probably lying about the sheriff's deputies telling your Muslim neighbors that they could not do Eid. The law suit would probably break the county.

Except of course in the real world, Islam, as religion is protected by the U.S. Constitution and has been since the Bill of Rights was approved.

And this has been recognized by President's starting with Jefferson all the way through Bush and Obama. And the courts.

And pretty much any rational person who has read the Constitution.

That is precisely what the idea of the thread "appears to be" IN YOUR OVER-SUBJECTIVE MIND. To the ordinary, objective person, it appears to be exactly what it is. A notice to police and citizens to be aware of Eid al Adha, and protective of innocent animals.

Upon what do you base that statement ? Do you claim Islam to not be supremacist, when we all know that it is ? And not be seditionist ? If you think you have any evidence to show that, let's hear it.

ACTUALLY,, :roflol: , Eid al Adha has NOTHING to do with religion or food, and both are just typical ploys, and just another example of these employed by Muslims, to cover for their misdeeds, and your post is just another example of mindless Islamapologist nonsense, so unfortunately common in this forum. Ho hum.

Oh but I most certainly DO speak for Americans. Especially when OUR freedom is attacked by people like you who wish to allow us to be harmed by those who mean to take away our freedom, and whose entire existence, as a group is unconstitutional and illegal,.

Not hardly.

Title XLVI - CRIMES

Chapter 828 - ANIMALS: CRUELTY; SALES; ANIMAL ENTERPRISE PROTECTION

828.12 Cruelty to animals.—
(1) A person who unnecessarily overloads, overdrives, torments, deprives of necessary sustenance or shelter, or unnecessarily mutilates, or kills any animal, or causes the same to be done, or carries in or upon any vehicle, or otherwise, any animal in a cruel or inhumane manner, commits animal cruelty, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or by a fine of not more than $5,000, or both.
(2) A person who intentionally commits an act to any animal, or a person who owns or has the custody or control of any animal and fails to act, which results in the cruel death, or excessive or repeated infliction of unnecessary pain or suffering, or causes the same to be done, commits aggravated animal cruelty, a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 (5 years in a state prison), or by a fine of not more than $10,000, or both.

You don't sue a county for enforcing it's laws. And if you're stupid enough to try to, then when you lose, YOU then can be sued. :police: BTW, ever hear of "sovereign immunity" ? We have it in Florida.

Prove it.

Prove your contention the Eid al Adha has nothing to do with religion or food.

Prove it.

On Eid al Adha Muslims don't kill chickens or turkeys they raised. They kill larger mammals which they buy, just to kill them for a sick, twisted tradition, based on an illogical, idiotic perception. >> ILLEGAL.

Absolutely true- I have posted the links before that showed American Presidents from Thomas Jefferson through Obama have recognized Islam as a religion. And all religions are protected by the U.S. Constitution. I have posted those court cases before also.

Now- I will grant you that absent a specific court case- it is possible that a specific religious practice may be found to be illegal- child sacrifice is not allowed regardless of what the Old Testament says- no religion is or will be banned- because we have our Constitution to protect us all.

Except of course in the real world, Islam, as religion is protected by the U.S. Constitution and has been since the Bill of Rights was approved.

And this has been recognized by President's starting with Jefferson all the way through Bush and Obama. And the courts.

1. It's not a religion.

2. It is supremacist, and thereby UNCONSTITUTIONAL. (Article 6, Section 2)

3. It is seditionist, and thereby ILLEGAL. (US Code 2384)

4. No charge for the tutoring. Happy to be of service.

Well certainly it isn't illegal in Muslim countries.

And in the U.S.- has there ever been a prosecution for killing an animal for Eid al Adha?

I can't find one.

Heck matter of fact, I can't even find anyone making such whacky claims about the holiday except for yourself.
