OK, you tell me. How does an American citizen watching golden showers by foreign prostitutes satisfy the criteria for a FISA warrant against the citizen? Hmmmm???
Get a grip. The FBI did not call Page stupid. They never said, and he never was, acting as a Russian agent. This has nothing to do with 2016 -- must be a quick-ass diversion and deflection.
Why don't you just wait until Mueller finishes his investigation? He has access to WAY more information then you or I could.
That was never the part of the dossier that was used to get that warrant...and the dossier was not even the main source f information in order to apply for that warrant. Of course you know all that and still make that stupid claim... What does that say about you?
Why are you so invested in defending this cretin. They said he probably didn't know he was being manipulated by Russian agents...The Russian said he was too stupid to use. Are you related to him?
Hah! Oh... that's hilarious! You were the one who said that a golden shower was the criteria used. It's right there on the OP. You opened this thread under that assumption. Obviously it's not enough and it's just a right-wingnut talking point what you brought up. I was just going along with your nonsensical premise. But you were the one who said that was the criteria. Now, tell me, how does it feel to debunk yourself.?
So I see you chose the second option. You said it to show us all that you're full of B.S. Good choice! Well.... maybe not "good", But at least it's honest....
Rational people don't resort to personal attacks to support their position. Might want to think about that.
Neither you nor I know what specific parts of the dossier was or was not used in the FISA application, and you can not claim otherwise. In any case your retort has little to do with the professed question. The claim was that watching golden showers by foreigners per se is sufficient criteria to get a FISA warrant against a US citizen.
I'd say that depends ... When does Muellers FBI pension kick in? If McCabes as #2, totals $2 million, what's the fmr. directors golden parachute amount to? Mueller's probably bombarded (D) congressmen with his resume' already ... in case he falls shy of 20.
Good to see you are changing your story this time more to the actual question and closer to the facts. To get a little closer and kill your feigned implication, the FBI claimed that Page did not know he was being manipulated by Russian agents -- not "probably." Has this cretin as you call him ever been charged let alone convicted of a crime? His only "mistake" was having had private contacts with Russians and also being part of the Trump campaign, which gave the administration their only tiny little loophole window to maybe allow them to surveil the Trump campaign citizen people under FISA.
I never said the golden shower episode was the main criteria or even used to get a FISA warrant. If you stopped wailing long enough to read stuff accurately it might improve the discourse....... though likely not.
Are you confusing 2013 with 2016? Are you claiming that Page knew and did in 2016 only what he knew and did in 2013? These were not just "Russians by the way but Russian AGENTS. His actions in 2013 were suspicious. His actions in 2016 were criminal
There no indication that the Pee tapes had ANYTHING to do with the FISA warrant. Why would they? That was one small part of a much larger document.
how completely disingenuous of you to claim that the "golden showers" paragraph within 40 pages or so of intell reporting is the sole criteria for issuance of a FiSA warrant. But then again, narrow minded cherry picked "analysis" is the only thing ya really got, considering all the facts so far.
100% wrong. to date not one single thing in that dossier has been disproved. Nothing. Not one single thing. In fact the longer it goes on that nothing can be disproved, the more and more I think almost all of it is likely true. Including the golden showers.
Close, but wrong again (and I am being kind calling it "wrong.") Page's actions in 2015 and 2016 were not criminal. Here's a clue -- hint, hint: he was neither charged nor tried nor convicted of a crime. Pretty good sign. Why do you feel obliged to tell me they were not just Russian but AGENTS (emphasis yours) since I have been referring to Russian agents all along????
........ Let's see. That is pretty much what I said. Thanks for the reminder. Except the golden shower stuff was larger than "one small part" of the dossier, but who's quibbling.
Nice of you to claim that someting I did not say is wrong; I assume that you then mean that stuff I actually did say was correct and stems from a wide open objective analysis. Thanks.
Hey! Don't tell me! Go tell the dossier author Steele and the highly rated leftist journalists Isikoff and Corn. The only way to disprove something is to be unable to verify its authenticity (and even then it is not fully disproved.) So far there have been only a few minor mostly irrelevant details in the dossier that have been verified. The FBI initially didn't really try; they claimed other earlier info from Steele was good and that was close enough. Later they and the Director of National Intelligence tried and said that yes, some stuff in the dossier was verified -- of course without specifying which stuff. The majority of Steele's sources were not verified by Steele and most of them were called anonymous in the dossier.
On what basis are you claiming that Trump's taste for urine sex was anything more than one small part of the Dossier?
There is a major difference between something being "disproved" and not being verified. So far NOTHING in the dossier has been disproved
