Name something Trump has done well, prove your words or be fairly judged by the lack of them...

And what is the good that he did with his selection of Ronny Jackson or by tossing him under the bus today (hint: That's the topic of this thread)?

Why would Ronny or anyone else want to deal with yet another made up **** storm? Perhaps you should be upset with yet more **** slinging with no evidence to back it up.

As I said.... when he does something good.....:wall:

But, I give you the nuisance bombing of Syria (twice).... wasn't a full fledged military action, but performed with allies and showed that we will set a red line in Syria... that worked for me... still shouldn't have telegraphed the action (as he said he wouldn't), as it gave the Syrians time to prepare, but you can't have everything...

What are you trying to say? Do you deny that nominees have stepped down in other administrations? Not sure what you are getting at...

Yeah, I agree. If true, this should have come out sooner. There must be something to it, or he'd go ahead with the confirmation and deny what's being claimed… make them prove it.

I just wondered about this doctor's honesty when he stated Trump's weight and height. He might weigh 239, but there's no way he's 6'3". He's in photos with Obama and they are the same height- 6'1". (I really don't think the 239 is right either, but I get the ops of why he said so.)

Did you read my epically long (2 paragraphs) post? The first line was humor, in that there is very little in 15 months to deserve credit in my opinion. Hell, he can't even claim the stock market anymore, not that that was a valid claim to begin with....

However, I then gave Trump credit for the recent Syrian action... Is that not enough for you?? Did I not genuflect on bended knee when I was typing?? Take this as the example you asked for, cause I can't think of another...

So he was honest for Obama and then became a liar and drunk for Trump? Or could this be the latest jab by the left?

He openly bragged about buying politicians. Pretty sure that wasn't limited to his childhood.

It would have come out if they had vetted him like they should have instead of letting it get all the way to Congress where they found it using their standard practice.

You didn't actually give Trump any credit for Syria, you criticized and second guessed his actions. Not completely trashing on something or not whining about something doesn't make it praise. If you have a bottle of hate, and simply sprinkle out a few drops, your still sprinkling hate, that's what you are doing here and pretending you deserve credit because your not pouring it all over...

Somehow I expect a person would act on the best behavior when showing up face to face with the President. I also expect that people with damaging information are much more likely to come forward when someone gets nominated for a position that carries as much scrutiny as a cabinet position.

At the end of the day, whether you accept that these allegations are accurate or not, it isn't particularly relevant to this thread. This thread is about Trump suggesting that his nominee for a job that he claims is very important to him should not actually keep running for the position, but that he does support him if he does want.

The FBI helps Congress with their vetting. I think you can be sure there is evidence to back it up.
Your making a bad assumption that people are picking on this guy. He might have even done a good job (but probably not). The problem is with Spanky not vetting him. The guys career is now ruined. The VA is still without a leader, and Trump will still be whining about his nominees taking so long.

Saying that you laugh about election night and asking whether I cry is not a counter point. Welcome to ignore.

Jackson should stay on so we can expose all his dirty laundry for the world to see.

and let the world know what kind of men Trump nominates to help run the country.

The hits against the Admiral have all the marks of a salacious rumor campaign, not provable.

Obama appointed Admiral Jackson as Physician to the President in 2013, that's a hell of an endorsement. Are you suggesting that the man Obama trusted with his and his families life wasn't qualified, a moral degenerate and basically incompetent? That's folly.

Admiral Jackson was asked by his commander in chief to serve, being active duty military saying no or quiting isn't really an option. Trump acted as a leader should, he offered the Admiral an honorable path to decline.

"Killing me softly with his words ..."

President Donald Trump pledged on Tuesday to stand behind his embattled pick
to lead the Department of Veterans Affairs ...
“He's a fine man. I'll always stand behind him!”

The Trump Dead Men Walking conga line to Palookaville gets even longer. How many more will be diminished or destroyed by being exposed to Trumpery?

    The bigger problem is this:

These are serious allegations, but they are so far entirely unproven. Nonetheless, a confirmation hearing scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed.

This is Roy Moore all over again.

The media bigot army is attacking another person without any evidence what-so-mother-****ing-ever.

This is how midterms are going to be, you watch.

Leftists are out there right now manufacturing stories and paying people to tell them.

As the season gets into swing they're going to blitz.

My guess is that we're going to see no less than 10 unfounded accusations of "sexual harassment/assault" against Republicans in tight races that will come with no evidence other than a claim and that will all vanish the moment the election ends.

Veted? One would think there's no higher vetting than that for Physician to the President.

Are you guys tracking with reality?

The White House Physician is often selected personally by the President, and most White House doctors are active-duty military officers,[5] in part because most civilians would find closing then reopening their private practices difficult.[7]

Are you still suggesting that the President's personal physician isn't vetted six ways from Sunday?
