Does the US really want to go to war with a mentally unsound President?

In view of the issues involved, what a thoroughly pathetic response. It's easy to see why you like Trump.

That is hardly the issue. The issue is what Trump said.

Which is, of course, why you avoided that issue.

Why do you support Trump? You avoid everything he does and says. Oh, maybe that's why. That's true of most of Trump's fans. Take a look at the threads they start or that interest them most. Are there any about Trump? I don't think so. Trump's fans avoid Trump.

Most of the threads concerning Trump are started by his critics.

I agree wholeheartedly. Good analysis. Keep in mind, though, Trump likes to have it both ways.

You do not know he is a pathological liar and that is the truth.

    Neither does anyone else.

You clearly left out part of his statement as IF we did that is a far cry from saying he WILL do that.

Nice try at spin but you have nothing but BS

That's not entirely true, but it's a well known phenomenon. People with a complaint, often complain. People without a complaint are often silent.

    It's nothing unusual.

    From that article

The developments cast into sharp relief a president who is instinctively wary of military adventures and a cadre of advisers — led by the national security adviser, John R. Bolton — who have taken an uncompromising line toward Iran.
If this is so, it would be extraordinary. It would mean that John Bolton is one of the few people alive who is capable of making Trump appear "sane" by comparison.

Incredible! We hadn't seen anybody capable of doing this since... since Charles Manson died.

Some odd ideas posted here about US military technology being provided to Israel. The truth is, and it’s very difficult to prove the detail of all this, Israel appears to provide almost as much advanced military and IT technology to the US as the US does to Israel with the exception that some of Israel’s most advanced weapons technology they keep to themselves until US intelligence figures out they’ve developed it. It’s not as simple scenario as some believe.

Are you saying you would prefer to have Bolton's war over Trumps restraint?

Mayor Pete is only a threat to Andrew Jackson's reign at this point. Pete says he's make the erasure of presiden Jackson's historical footprints a national priority. Mayor Pete touting "successes" in Indiana says "it's the right thing to do". Pete's barely polling 8%. Loser.

It’s somewhat early to adopt the term ‘loser’. I have no idea what you’re trying to say with 'Pete says he's make the erasure of presiden Jackson's historical footprints a national priority'

Read again ... slower if you have to. Or consult Google about Mayor Pete's comments on Andrew Jackson. Pete's polling under 8% and hasn't a chance of being nominated. He is losing in DNC polls, thus he is a loser.

Well in my eyes Trump represents America just as In my eyes Mr. Obatard represented America while he was President.. I see it as where they go we as a nation go just like we supported Mr. Obatard during his eight year killing spree! The big difference with Trump is he is relatively docile compared to the last murderous President we had! Hell we are saving a fortune on drones alone with Trump in office :)

Follow along to what? These idiot leftist propagandist who are in constant fear mongering mode, how am I or anyone to know anymore what's real, bullshit or simply snack crap to keep their gullible base ginned up.. Let this site be a perfect example of the ridiculous bullshit being cut and pasted all day long from hyperbolic internet sources and then parroted by their gullible propagandist ;) The only one making any threats are the left wing media and those that spread it.. You lemme know when we "RETURN" to he middle east and resume the sort of conflict we had while the Great Mr. Obatard gave the orders!

Not complicated at all Israel is a strategic Ally. Granted it was complicated under Mr Obatard with his flagrant hatred of Israel and covert buildup of ISIS :) Another symptomatic problem we no longer have with Trump that we has with the last idiot!

Now if you think "Iranian nuclear agreement that permanently barred Iran from making a nuke." was ever anything more than blowing smoke up all our ass's, well lets just end that point with those intelligent enough to know it was never more then propaganda for those that believe everything they were told under that administration :)

    Troops in Iraq, OH MY!
    And thank you too ;)

You've been watching Washington D. C. for sixty years but somehow completely missed the ACT OF WAR that Iran committed by invading our U. S. Embassy in Tehran and taking our American citizens there hostage for 444 days during the Jimmuh Cawduh administration? Where were you? I remember every stinking day of it, and I also remember that within minutes after Ronald Reagan took the Oath of Office, the Iranians released them and got all of them out of the country as fast as they could. But you don't remember that, either...?

And it's funny to witness the utter HYPOCRISY of the Left in these matters. Oh, NOW, they expect Trump to come before Congress and go through all the motions of complying with the War Powers Act -- and, yes, that's actually a good idea.

BUT, why didn't they require the very same thing of "Messiah" Obama before he launched an overpowering military force against the legitimate government of Libya in 2011, which resulted in the overthrow of a government that we had been totally at peace with for many years! Libya dissolved into internecine fighting and chaos that has lasted to this day! We had to shut down our Embassy in Tripoli in July 2014 because it was no longer safe for Americans to even be there, and now several Islamo-Nazi factions fight for power in Libya -- thanks to OBAMA.

Great job, Obama! And the rotten, hypocritical, America-hating, Trump-hating Democrat Party never said a WORD after their wonderous Comrade Obama caused all of that in law-breaking violation of the War Powers Act! He should have been IMPEACHED!

Oh, but now they must put Trump under a microscope because he's so "mercurial"...?

    Probably his advisors pressuring him.

Presidents are oftentimes not really the ones that make decisions, their advisors are.
Hard for any single person to keep track of so many things himself.
