It's a bit weird, I know! We've never seen anything like it before. You can still PM and visitor message, but just don't post - even if others are posting. Although there is a way around this, 99% of members don't know this, so in posting they create a lot of trouble for us in the sense we have to delete their posts afterwards. You can let your mates know what is going on, and warn them not to post either. Also, don't report any posts - it doesn't work either.

Yeah , I made a post earlier , and when it went through , it was gibberish... I said WTF ?? it was then I got a vm from Mak about the threads being haywire...

But I'll say this much , PF is blazing fast tonight....

Changed, don't make anymore posts, please. The forum is a mess, we are working to fix it, so please refrain from posting until we give you the okay.

Your welcome Changed, and thank you. BTW, the same thing happened to me; I lost reps on a thread that was deleted. More important was the time I put into the post, and I am not really sure why it was deleted, instead of just locked, if it got out of hand. With so many really obnoxious threads that remain, why this one was chosen is beyond me. While I understand it is the mods decision, which I accept, it really does stink for the people who put time and effort into their posts.

Thanks for the plug. Still so busy with getting things back in order. The internet makes my whole business possible, and I guess I am fortunate to have had enough back-up for what I lost. That was one expensive lightening bolt ! And I got struck by lightening once, me, right on my head, about 20 years ago ... didn't hurt as much then ... it hit my youngest brother and I when we were high in the Rockies and just knocked us down hard .... the new computer is so fast btw :) 82

New computer. New Modem. New router. Explorer 7 sucks, btw. No more email program worth a hoot. And Outlook Express will not run on it if you tried. They want you to buy Microsoft Word or some such nonsense, and get the email program that way. Will spend much of the next week recovering what files that I can. No fun, and too much time spent ! 82
