That's what you think. But that does not mean it's true. Look at how the American flags burn in the Middle East, or in southern America they hate "gringos". Filipinos, Chinese ... I do not even know where in world love Americans. Maybe only in Russia. I am not kidding. In Russia, really very good attitude to ordinary Americans. What surprises you? Russian civilization is one of the oldest in the world. At a time when Europeans were jumping over trees, a fork and a knife for eating food were used on the territory of modern Russia.

Hardly. That area of the world was occupied by various horse archer nomadic societies. Whenever one of them invaded Europe they were backward barbarians. They had little civilization, they lived in tents. Their horse archers did cause a lot of grief but once they were done looting, sacking, and burning they didn't stick around for long. Great civilizations build, not destroy. Then the Vikings took over much of their lands and became the Rus. Later, the Mongols took over the entire area for hundreds of years and Russia fell behind Europe. Peter the Great tried to catch up to the west by bringing in western advisors and by studying in the west. By WW II, they still didn't catch up to the west with much of the population still being peasants. Some would say they never caught up.
