I use to be against cameras being everywhere, now I think just about everyone should wear a body camera at all times because of these types of people. If no cameras would have been recording these two would likely be watching Fox News and chuckling that they got that boy.

Again, supposition, you have no grounds whatsoever to suspect racism on their behalf.

So the GBI doesn’t have them sitting in jail?
If their actions were lawful why are they incarcerated?

You never answered my question, if I see you loading basil into your car and mistake it for weed, can I chase you down, block the road and hold you at gunpoint? You would believe that is acceptable? Can I execute you in the middle of the street if you move towards me and don’t comply?

    Didn’t say there was.
But since your entire premise is based on suspicion why can’t everyone else’s?

    Grasping with Zimmerman? :roflol:

So let me ask you this hypothetical question. Let's say a cop stopped someone without reasonable suspicion of anything....the cop was basically harassing them..(happens all the time)...and the person being harassed lunges at the cop and tries to take his gun. A struggle ensues. The gun goes off...and the person being harassed is now dead. So the cop committed murder? :roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol:

    You must be joking.

WTH is acting suspiciously, now you are trying to move the goal posts. You claimed that entering the house was breaking the law, now you are changing the criteria. It isn't your house and you have NO AUTHORITY to stop and question anyone. So I would tell you to GFYS.

Nope same thing I have been saying all along. Find out who they are and let's give the names to the police.

Why do you keep ignoring the chase with cars and guns? Can you say that chasing him with cars and guns is not enough?

I don't know if he was threatened or not, because we can't hear what was said. You are claiming they didn't threaten him and I said you don't know what was said to him.

No you haven't been saying that. Why didn't they confront the whites who were entering the house? They didn't care about the whites entering the house. I may ride down there, I would love to see if any black folks live in the neighborhood.

There is no evidence it was a "usual jog" look at his cloths and at the video of him breaking into the house, he was walking not jogging, the only running was after he was spotted. It was not an open house it was a private property where work was being done. NO ONE has a right to enter that house. He attempted to enter, after he had checked to see if anyone was watching, through the garage. Found he couldn't, most likely a locked door, and then went around back and illegally entered. He was never cornered and he had no right to try and steal from the owner a legally held shotgun. The man is shot in a physical confrontation HE STARTED as he attempted to gain control of that shotgun.

All he had to do was tell the residents what he was doing or wait for the police to arrive and tell them.

Yep been consistant all along as you shift your story around. When did they have a chance to confront other people who had entered the house? Did they return to the house? Were they spottted by a neighbor and then fled down the street? Had they previously threatened anyone and were recognizable? The police told English to call the McMichaels if ANYONE entered and I have no reason to doubt they would have responded to ANYONE and neither do you. They ask the older McMichael to assist in stopping the crime that was going on. As I said find out the names of those people and report it to the police. Stop with the that somehow made it legal for Arbery to breakin.

If I am on a private property taking someone's property doesn't matter if it is weed or basil. If you ask me what I'm loading can I assault you and try to take your gun? If I threaten you as if I am going to pull a gun on you and the next time you see me you have an arm available is it against the law for you to take it with as you try to ask me what I'm doing which is not illegal?

Well then do say he was threatened and that justified his assaulting Travis. I've been QUITE clear, there is NO EVIDENCE they verbally threatened him while you have tried to claim they did without producing any evidence to support it. And quite frankly had they threatened to shoot him why would he have run towards them?

He wasn’t on private property, he was in the middle of the street.
He wasn’t taking private property and none was found on his person.
If I brandish a weapon in an altercation I have provoked, I fully expect a response.

Now feel free to answer the question, “If I see you loading basil into your car and mistake it for weed, can I chase you down, block the road and hold you at gunpoint? You would believe that is acceptable? Can I execute you in the middle of the street if you move towards me and don’t comply?“

Had the McMichaels been Black men, this Ahmaud Arbery shooting would have been forgotten WAY! back in February, but because it was two White Men that did the shooting, it's the only time Black Lives Matter applies. This is such a Bullshit Farce as almost ALL! interracial White on Black shootings are. Black man shoots Black man, business as usual, White man shoots Black man, Holy **** we got head to Wallgreens, have a Riot and Loot the Place.

    Irrelevant to either situation.

your assumption does not remove his constitutional rights.

There was no burglary, nor did mcmichaels see the footage of someone in the house prior to chasing down Arbery. The description of the suspect from the previous offense was “black male”. That’s it. So, no crime was witnessed or within their immediate knowledge.

Wrong again. For it to be a citizen's arrest he would have had to attempt to detain him. How many times must I tell you this? Read the law for God's sake.

Once again that is immaterial to the actions your criminal took because nothing you listed supports being in fear for his life in that video.

Still waiting for you to actually list anything in that video McMichaels did according to the law (not according to your opinion, the LAW) that states any action he took put Arbery in reasonable fear of his life as required by self defense law.

Every time you run from it you prove you aren't interested in the actual law here but just giving your opinion.

However, attacking a person and attempting to take their weapon actually does put one in fear for their life which is why McMichaels was 100% justified in shooting that criminal.

You can’t demonstrate his intention was to steal. And you have to be able to do that, in order for it to be a felony, which would then give you authority to affect a citizens arrest. McMichaels did not have the authority, as he did not witness a crime committed by Arbery, have immediate knowledge of one or have reasonable suspicion a felony had occurred.

No, you have to demonstrate intent to have reasonable suspicion of a felony. Sorry.
