    TELL that to Alabama legislators and other Anti-Choiers who seem to think women are too stupid to make their own decisions !



    WTF does the governor being female have to do with it? She will follow party lines IF she wants her job.

    Leftist opinion does not make fact.

    A mans sperm is human genetic material a woman's egg is human genetic material.
    When they meet and like eachother they combine to msje something that has no choice but to be human.

    We are arguing about when the human life begins. We disagree on when that it.
    There is nothing scientific to say on the issue solid arguments can be made for conception, first heart beat or whatever measure you want. None of them hsve any more merit than any other. Since we are approaching this as a moral issue science has no standing in the debate anyway. Because science does not determine morality.
    Anyway you are taking your opinion as fact and calling people who disagree stupid.. a common failing among leftists and yes itvis a failing.

    this subject shouldn't be a partisan one, canada has it correct...

    sadly, this country is collapsing upon itself by way of career politicians tossing any sh*t out there to gain votes. we are closing in on an era of 'politicians vs americans'

    I am not insulting anyone. It is a fact that unborn baby and fetus are synonymous. They are the same exact thing. It is also a fact that that baby is human. These are unassailable facts. Abortion is the killing of that human unborn baby. Another unassailable fact. Killing a human for convenience is the definition of murder.
    Therefore as a matter of fact abortion is murder.

    If you are offended by the fact your problem is with reality not with me.
    The only reason abortion is legal is because is because the left has been disingenuous about the reality of what is taking place.

    A FETUS only has whatever rights the woman carrying it is willing to grant it.

    I would challenge this claim - as good arguments can be made for personhood in the later stages of pregnancy - once sentience (significant brain function) has been achieved.

    That said - there are no good arguments that can be made for personhood at conception - and there certainly have been none put forward for personhood at 6 weeks - which is one of the big problems with this legislation.

    Yes, a fetus is an UNBORN baby...as it is an UNBORN teenager, an UNBORN adult...it is still a fetus.




    A human fetus is human AND NO ONE HAS SAID OTHERWISE.



    I haven't disputed that...of course that's what it is.

    No, it isn't...no legal person is killed in abortion.



    No, they haven't....NO one has denied that abortion is killing a human fetus......so again, you have no facts.
