A. You should be taught that you never point a nail gun at someone and pull the trigger
B. In the scenario you put forth, one would have to have the safety mechanism that won't let it fire unless pushed up against a firm surface defeated.
C. There is no certainty that, if that were to happen, you would be charged. In fact, personal experience tells me you probably wouldn't be.

if you playing a part in a horror movie and you're given a nail gun that is supposed to be safe and told to pretend to shoot an actor and it kills them, you are not catching a charge, as it's not your fault

 

Had you read the actual article, you would have known they used that same gun to shoot at targets on set during down time.
Its not a prop. Its a real gun. If it was a prop gun it wouldn't be bored in any caliber to accept live ammo.

Clearly the cause was failure to follow proper basic safety procedures for the handling of firearms on a movie set. They essentially tested and cleared the firearm by cocking it, pointing it at someone and pulling the trigger.

Had they hired someone who was a real firearm instructor/expert, they would have been trained NOT to trust ANYONE who hands them a firearm and to always check the breach themselves. ESPECUALLY when using a real firearm as a prop gun isn't bored to accept any caliber of ammo.

I have not read one story where the scene called for Baldwin to aim to kill a female handling camera work.

 

When in the Army, we fired tens of thousands of rounds at the Range and none of the shooters killed any human there.
Baldwin is corrupt to begin with. And for he to handle a gun aimed at one of the crew can only make sense to democrats. And they protect Baldwin daily.

 

Back you come to defend Baldwin.
