All entertainers are trained by weapons instructors to verify the weapons load. Once you are handed the weapon, everything that happens after that point is your responsibility.

You don't get to blame the weapons trainers because they told you to verify the weapons load EVERY TIME you are handed a weapon.

I have been waiting for the officials to rule.

The issue is not civil. It is the man, the producer, the one who makes the rules, failed to keep from killing a woman and injuring a male. While he might be sued, he might also declare bankruptcy to evade it.

What you are talking about is liability at CIVIL law. The goal is EQUITY not justice. The very standard of proof is entirely different.

Criminality requires criminal INTENT. Even with negligence you must establish a "depraved Indifference" to the risk of human life and I don't think they are even close to proving that.

Baldwin's Insurance MAY have to pay a settlement. At the MOST he may himself become less insurable as a Producer
