Ah, but she can. A rumor here, a smear campaign there, an interpretation of the rules over here, words whispered in the right ears over there - yeah, she can do it. Apples and oranges. The party apparatus was nowhere near as geared against Obama as it was against Sanders in 2016. And Pelosi, aged and addled as she is is still a million times more powerful and canny than Cortex. I've argued this elsewhere before: I've never seen - in ANY organization - a collection of Powers That Be which puts up with an irritant like Occasional Cortex for long before they decide to swat her.

I wasn't even arguing against that, never even mentioned Reagan. Like I said - read the posts first before you rebut them.

 

If somebody finds AOC a political intellectual and visionary, they might just be idiots.

Reagan was rightly making an issue of welfare fraud, and AOC alleges the 'real' reason for his statement was racial. Her idiot projection only, they say it's a sign of insanity to know what others are thinking. Given her long trail of historical errors, such as as saying the ban on more than two terms for POTUS was to prevent FDR from running again, when it fact it was passed in 1947 when he was dead, only a fool would admire her statements.
