There are many modes, a different mix used in different states. There was a reason the GA SOS wouldn't release the voter registration database and the names of the registered voters exercised their right.

Since neither the Dominion System nor the Mail-in voting practices in the states in question leave an audit trail, no one is going to know what the evidence is until cases end up in criminal court. No one should expect Powell to tip her hand until she's in court with evidence and witnesses.

The less populous states already have disproportionate representation in the Senate. There's a reason the House is called the lower chamber, because it has the least power despite having the most representative makeup.
