Quoting your lies and distortions that you posted is tiresome for you? :roflol:

Then the obvious solution is for you to stop posting them in the SCIENCE forum and you won't have to deal with being called out about them, will you?

So...it seems defense of the creation story has devolved into a single argument anymore, basically the Christian theist now begins by claiming science in general is wrong rather than spending the time arguing FOR creation at all. I suppose we should all thank them for saving us time and effort refuting standard fare.

    Phony narrative.

The problem with the naturalistic belief system is scientific.. and logical. The militant evolutionists here NEVER respond with science, or even reason. The OP listed TONS of scientific studies and logical arguments, with sources and quotes. In return, he got attacks on the bible, with few topical replies and no rational rebuttals.

The RELIGION of naturalism is defended with jihadist zeal, with hardly any facts, science, or reason. And, as is typical with the left, they accuse others of the things they do constantly.

No, science is avoided by the True Believers in ucd. Hysteria, rage, indignation, ridicule, and ad hom are their preferred tools for discussion, and they are experts in their use.

I am a great fan of scientific methodology. I wish it was followed by the posters here. But there is too much knee jerk groupthink going on, with indignant defenders of the faith of naturalism, using every fallacy in the book to deflect from the impotence of the science.

Almost every reply, from the True Believers in naturalism is a fallacy.. deflect, distort, disrupt, demean, distract... ANYTHING, but address the actual science in this pathetic theory of origins.

And the constant barrage of antifa like hecklers makes rational debate impossible.. which seems to be the goal. ..not knowledge.. not insight or understanding.. certainly not critical thinking, but propaganda and mandated beliefs, shouting down any hated enemies.

It is a tragedy for real science. It is anti-science, and will only return us to the dark ages. Mandated belief and Indoctrination is what they display, not anything resembling scientific methodology.

The whole thread is about dating methods, and the OP addressed it many times.. including radiometric dating.

Dating methods have nothing to do with science?

Problems with the assumptions can only be ignored, to promote the beliefs as 'settled science!'?

Flawed assumptions, assertions, and bluff should take the place of skeptical scrutiny?

..this is not the science i grew up with.. it is the new anti-science, based on decree and censorship.

The links, are not real science. And who uses magnetic fields to prove the age of the earth?

That's the Christian conservative view. They are very much opposed to science and education.

    Right..

..just promote the phony narratives, and you can avoid the pesky science.

Who needs facts, when propaganda and lies work so much better?

Whereas YOUR link IS 'Real Science!'

Deflecting much with magnetic fields? That was only one of many evidences presented to refute the ancient earth theory.

How do you respond to the arguments and science presented? Poison the well? Dismissal? Those are not scientific rebuttals, but leftist fallacy tactics, to avoid the issue.

How do you reconcile the earth's easily measured magnetic half life with your ancient earth beliefs? Ignore it?

I haven't seen anyone address this problem, just attack the OP, poison the well, and assert beliefs as 'Settled Science!'

How is that a rational, scientific debate?

No, the Indoctrination runs deep, in the beliefs about origins, especially the unquestioning products of the state propaganda centers.

Why don't you take your children to Sunday School or enroll them in a Christian Academy day school and not push this on the public schools? The US is weak in science and math anyway .. and there's no reason to divert time and resources to teach Genesis or Creation science.

    Oh goody!

..another straw man to promote the phony narrative!

    :cheerleader:

We already have a state mandated, exclusive religion forced upon the citizens, by ideologues unwilling to allow alternate views or beliefs.

But to you, asking for equality and non-establishment of religious opinions is an attempt to REPLACE the state mandated beliefs in naturalism with state mandated beliefs in supernaturalism. You can't seem to grasp freedom of conscience and religion.. something has to be mandated by your infallible state.

If you are going to teach creation myths in public school, you may as well teach ALL of them.

I would NOT ever hinder your freedom of religion or your belief in the supernatural.. Teach that in Sunday School or in private Christian day schools. I don't want Navajo or Hawaiian creation myths taught in public school as SCIENCE either.

You think they are too lazy to take their kids to Sunday school or too cheap to put them in Christian day schools?

I realize it was presented as evidence.
I asked, who uses magnetic fields of earth to determine the age of earth? Other than those creation websites. What scientific entities?

There is no religion forced, just state ideology perhaps? Besides, granting freedom of conscience and religion is just asking for trouble. I don't understand why so many of you want to share the same world with those who don't think as you do anyway.
Also, consider the fact that in your religion, any alternate views about what is mandated as "right" or "good" are "wrong" and "evil". Essentially, you're trading a dictatorship run by humans for one run by a non-human entity.

Do you want to teach Genesis as science in US public schools?

You do understand the concept of education, correct?

In this process accumulated and verified knowledge is passed on to others in order to enable future accumulation and discovery through further generations and growth. As a rule that which is not verified or erroneous is not passed on through this process and is instead relegated to fiction and entertainment. Though in this special case it becomes religion.

No, I don't even want the book of Genesis taught in private schools. Or taught in any other setting for that matter.

As has ALWAYS been the case everyone is free to teach whatever they want....in private. Public education requires standards in order to remain the useful tool it has been.

I just pointed one out. And for the support of this, I point you to literally all of the other published science in geology. You can go read up for yourself.
