What testimony given or evidence introduced prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Chauvin's knee was the cause of death and what was the mechanism of death?

 

Entirely and was testimony that set the prosecution back on their heels.

It's the job of the defense to exaggerate the conditions. Unfortunately for them there are many videos showing the crowd was not volatile, so not volatile that Chauvin kept his hands in his pocket

You seem to be making a lot of crap up about these phantom claims you think I made.

 

And as the expert witnesses testified suspects in his condition can get suddenly violent at any time. And the crowd created an unsafe condition for the officers trying to do their job and contributed to the outcome. It is why the paramedics did a load and go, they accessed the situation when they got their and they too decided it was not safe enough to begin recovery efforts. They had to drive several blocks away before they could stop and begin.

Floyd was a BIG guy a BIG MUSCULAR guy. His girlfriend testified he worked out HEAVLY every day. The officers did not want to struggle with him again they ENTIRELY would have preferred he be in the SUV where they had attempted to place him.

For me all of it from start to finish. I have yet to hear any testimony or see any evidence that refutes that Chauvin murdered Floyd, intentionally and cold blooded.

For the jury, I don't have any way of knowing what any of them are thinking nor do I have a crystal ball.

No chance, go back and read what I asked for comprehension. What I asked has nothing to do with what you believe about the prosecution or not.

 

I too wonder that. It takes proof as you and I both say and not wild ass guesses. The Jury has to deal in facts, not emotion.

Floyds power and strength seem to be totally ignored by those thinking Chauvin caused his death.

Louder with Crowder did an experiment to duplicate what happened to Floyd and Crowder came out living fine and dandy.

Some claim Floyd choked. I do not accept that due to his big mouth running constantly up to a point.
Some claim arteries were closed by the knee. I see no testimony proving that either.
Some allege Chauvin murdered Floyd. I see no proof of that.

 

Judges generally instruct the jury to reach a verdict based on the facts and the law. What individual jurors actually do is not necessarily based on those instructions and all jurors have a constitutionally protected right to exercise jury nullification as they see fit.

I never posted any such thing either. Why do you insist on inventing posts or claims I never made? Juries are unpredictable and are not always consistent with justice.

I haven't seen all the evidence presented, but at least I haven't seen a clear explanation of why Floyd died.

Minneapolis cops used the same technique 237 times without deaths happening. I do not buy that Chauvin caused a death.

 

No other MPD officer used the technique chauvin did. That’s because it’s illegal.

 

What Floyd did was extremely illegal.

 

Oh, c'mon--the guy didn't respond to entreaties from other police officers and onlookers that should consider Floyd's wellbeing.

 

Which has no relevance to chauvin murdering him.

 

The ME report and if you are not clear then certainly you cannot support a guilty verdict can you.

 

That remains to be seen.
