Yes it is it has to be probable cause and that takes evidence. A police officer has to have evidence to seek a warrant and that evidence has to be confirmed. Unproven hearsay. Comey testify it had not been verified. And we know it was the key piece of evidence presented .

 

It was used to spy on the Trump campaign then morphed into a investigation to remove Trump from office. Trump scares the daylights out of people.

 

1. It could be used and corroborated by another piece of evidence
2. It could be the corroborating evidence
3. You have no idea if it was confirmed or not
4. You have no idea what parts of it were used, and if they were already confirmed/corboratted

“Evidence” can be in the form of testimony, which is used as “proof”. The same as the dossier.

I see you are convienently leaving out that many parts of the Dossier have been proven true.........hmmmm, wonder why that is....

Yes, Durandal obviously read through the thread and arrived at the right conclusion: the OP is baseless.

 

This post is ignorant because it assumes that every part of the Steele Dossier (100% of it) was a total sham. So in a hurry to Trumpagandize the document it neglected to state that some parts of it (Steele Document) were useful. The post is foul and it fails to mention that nobody using the Document ever claimed it was totally (100%) accurate. Claims have been made that the dossier may have been 30%-50% accurate based on corroborating evidence. This post is so hasty to prove that the Steele Dossier is garbage that it self destructs because of a failure to check if any possible corroborating factors existed for some of the Dossier's claims. . Thus the post in trying to prove that the Steele Dossier was pure garbage winds up being the very thing it claims of the Steele Dossier. The stench is making me dizzy.. Show us evidence that every part of the Steele Dozier is garbage.

Specious invective all you got left? Did Coney testify the dossier had been verified before it was submitted as evidence to the FISA court and try to answer without the insults this time.

 

What did it corroborate? Why did Coney say it was unverified and spacious? I asked what of any importance to Russian collusion or any crime was proven true?

Actually that is exactly what was proven true and back by the trail of the dossier and the emails and text messages we do have that Mueller didn't destroy so we can't read them.

 

What concerns me is that particular people within the FBI, used opposition research as one of the reasons to go to the FISA judges, to get permission to go after trump. This reminds me of the old USSR, "show me the man, and I will find the crime".

I have no doubt the FBI and CIA, went fully political, in favor of hillary and against trump and this should concern every american. That it does not only evidences how partisanship renders people basically, irresponsible, and brain dead. And that too is a concern for people like me.
