I love the ABC and attribute our higher average education rate to the ABC. Overall we Aussies seem better informed than a lot of other people overseas. Except Kiwis of course but they get smart just by living next to us Have you been listening to the podcasts on "Russia if you are listening" Very good stuff!! http://www.abc.net.au/radio/programs/russia-if-youre-listening/episodes/
I know - Trump makes Abbott look good (and I just gagged on that one!) Heck Trump even makes old Joh Bjelke Peterson look good (yep I am that old). Trump reminds me of Joh - remember how Joh used ot talk about the press as "feeding the chooks"? Same bluster and ignorance, same shithouse rat cunning same hard core loyalists who could see no wrong in anything he did For those too young to remember Joh https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joh_Bjelke-Petersen
