How To Finally Resolve the Abortion Debate

A new born baby is not a human to most here it seems but it is to me so think what you want.

 

WHERE did anyone say the fetus isn't human? or that a newborn baby isn't human?

I told you before that the UVVA even has a clause that says it has nothing to do with abortion or abortion laws.....you must've "forgot".



Why don't you find the part of the UVVA that says a fetus is a legal person with all the rights of a legal person????????????????????

Like I said, it isn't about whether it is a legal person or not, it is about equal value.

@Guess Who and I are not going down this road because it has any direct relevance to abortion, it is to point out your conflicting position. If you believe that a fetus doesn't have equal value to a born person and therefore think that it should be able to be aborted, then you shouldn't believe that when a fetus is murdered it is no different to a born person being murdered. But yet you believe that it is the same.

Well you asked me, "why do you condone killing people but complain about people killing cells?" How can cells have done anything wrong like a murderer or a rapist? Also, please state where you draw the line on how late in the term abortion should take place.

I am not in the position to answer either question for anyone but myself...stiil, in my opinion a group of cells are incapable of "Doing" ANYTHING and I oppose abortion at any stage for myself which is the only thing my opinion matters for.

As far as a cut off...the SCOTUS has decided which is fine with me as it is not my place or business and clearly a baby is capable of doing many things a cell is not.

As to a fetus being killed in the womb if you don't understand the word "choice", if you can't understand that it's the pregnant woman's CHOICE to gestate or not, which I have explained to you, you will never understand why it's wrong for someone else to take away her choice..
