In other words, you claim to distrust hard-working, patriotic Americans doing their job at DOJ and other federal agencies because of a bunch of moronic lies you've regularly consumed online and choose to believe over the facts.

What are those facts that will magically discredit everything I mentioned?

The fact that you're wrong. You don't seem to understand how facts work.

There is a world of facts that you're ignoring in favor of fantasies.

Is a president required by law to stop riots?

Enforcing the law isn't "politicizing" the DOJ or FBI. If anything, they've treated the Orange Crook with kid gloves. PLainly and obviously, he was not entitled to walk off with 27 boxes of government documents, top secret or not. Retaining some of them after the documents were subpoenaed and having his lawyer sign a certification that all documents were returned is further evidence that he KNEW that he was not entitled to keep them. Especially so when he stored them in the basement of an event center at a ****ing gold club!

Should he be allowed to knowingly steal and withhold government documents? Of course not. Is it "politicizing" the DOJ or the FBI in forcing him to cough up the remaining documents that he's not supposed to have, refused (by lying) to return, and that he's stored in a padlocked basement of golf club event center's basement? That's a ridiculous claim.

This isn't even taking into consideration the at least 10 counts of obstruction justice or conspiracy to defraud the US and conspiracy to incite an insurrection, et al.

Trump politicized his own lawless actions, not the government.

Way to understate what the attack on the Capitol really was. *rolling eyes*

He sure as hell is when he incited the attack on the Capitol. He did nothing but throw gasoline on the fire for 187 minutes.

If he "incited" anything why hasn't he been charged?

He must be totally exonerated! Good call!

Charging an ex-president isn't an easy proposition. The feds are still in the process of investigating the fat orange loser. Be patient.

Your argument fails on two counts - he's been impeached twice. Even though his lack of conviction in Congress could be called political it doesn't make his alleged "crimes" magically disappear.

Your argument fails because you believe, apparently, that impeachment trials in a congress mostly held by sycophants stood a chance in Hell of successfully removing the scumbag from his office. That's no "trial". Moreover, there are a number of grand juries convened right now. How you leap to the really weird conclusion that no charges before the grand juries conclude means he committed no crimes is silly and shows that you don't understand the process.

Impeachments generally are generated by "high crimes and/or misdemeanors" and yet you believe, obviously, that no actual crimes were committed of which he can be charged. Strange!

Huh? Where you get THAT from my posts is quite puzzling. I posted no such thing, and the penumbras of my post suggest no such thing.

Run away instead of addressing my rather obvious question. Quit misconstruing posts beyond all recognition, please. It doesn't help your credibility.

Telling people to go peacefully protest is inciting a riot? I suppose we should lock up Lori lightfoot as well for making a call to arms against the Supreme Court only days before a gunman was planning to shoot Kavanaugh.

    major eye roll

    Ignoring reality again, I see.

Does this ;look like a "peaceful protest"? Does an actual attack on the Capitol forcing both chambers to flee and hide sound "peaceful" Does erecting a gallows and transporting weapons to the vicinity around DC sound "peaceful"? How about stealing personal property and wiping **** on the walls?

BTW, if the facts support an arrest (not some conclusory attempt at a parallel), by all means arrest her. And does this mean that Trump ought to be arrested, too?

Nope, if you’re ignoring those words you are the one ignoring reality for your slice of fiction. Trump did in fact tell them to peacefully protest. What they done after that was on them not him.

Here's the part where I ask you to demonstrate that Trump incited the attack on the Capitol.
You will respond by failing to do so.
