The point is that IF the government designates a person as a terrorist suspect, the 4th Amendment and Habeas Corpus no longer apply.

If you bothered to actually watch the woman saying it, in the moment and in context, she was not talking about the attacks themselves. She was clearly talking about the results of the attacks, against her people.

The demonization of this woman is pure propaganda, the manipulation of the public perception, and all that includes.
