No right to contraception? How will straight people deal with that? Not have sex? Have alternate sex which was once also banned in the USA under the public umbrella of sodomy?

So you are saying that the Trump Court can then can ban contraception in America

Did you notice that Thomas, nor none of them, included overturning laws that preventing the marriage between different races? It would just be an extension of the logic, yet they avoided it, plus several others

Don’t blame you, pretty obvious you can offer nothing to invalidate want I said, nor accept the fact, might as well bow out now, like the towel hitting the canvas

We need to make lawn mowers and umbrellas a right before they ban them!

Sure, as soon as you can show me where the Constitution mentions race.

“That rights inferred from inferred rights is both stupid and wrong,” yet like the other poster, you won’t admit that bullets aren’t mentioned in the Constitution, yet you see them, inferring such, as covered in the Constitution

That's because I'm not dumb enough to think bullets need to be mentioned when ink, books and the internet aren't mentioned with regards to the 1A.

OMG I just realized our right to ink is in jeopardy!

Your interpretation of what the SCOTUS is saying is inane.

Wait a minute, do you understand the logic behind the Court’s ruling and why Thomas said it could be extended further to cover contraception?

Not that long ago there existed laws preventing interracial marriages, just as there were laws preventing access to contraception, all thrown out via SCOTUS rulings relating to the Constitution. And you really asked to be shown were race was mentioned in the Constitution?

He didn't actually say that. Your left wing media is preying on your naiveté again.

Seriously WTF? Just because something is not an enumerated right, it does not follow that the thing will become illegal.

That's right. If you were able to think clearly you'd understand my point, why the Constitution doesn't mention race, what it means, and why the Constitution was the basis to declare laws against interracial marriages unconstitutional based on Equal Protection and Due Process clauses.

That would require thought though, so I'll wait as long as it takes.

    Go ahead.

I wonder if any state would be stupid enough to try to make contraceptives illegal. ?

Again, you are proving my point

You keep telling us if it isn’t in the Constitution it can’t be protected under the Constitution, or as you put it, “the rights inferred from inferred rights are both stupid or wrong.” Bullets are not in the Constitution, you are inferring they are cause they are necessary for the operation of guns, you are “inferring from an inferred right,” are you not?

What he's failing to get is that even if we concede his point he still loses on Roe by his own argument. But it's the hill he's stuck on.
