    No. The risk is that they do something COMPLETELY within the confines of their training and yet they’ll be railroaded because something bad happened to the criminal.

    Nobody is gonna take that risk. Or very few.

    For instance a known violent felon starts resisting arrest and turns and reaches behind him like he’s reaching into his waistband. Do you wait for him to draw or do you put three shots center mass?

    And if you put three shots center mass and that violent felon didn’t have a gun… you’re going to prison. And god forbid you’re a white cop who killed a black violent felon. You’ll also be brought up on hate crime charges.

    Very few are going to take that risk and become cops and the ones who do aren’t going to do their job.

    Where does the article claim butt hurt cops aren't doing their jobs?

    The article claims that the Defund Police Movement was responsible for the massive increase in Black murders. I presume the trained Marxists in BLM are included in that movement.

    I don't think it's entirely fiction, as the statistics do back those assessments up.
    But, IN MY OPINION, it isn't as much race as it is money. I think white people, on average, get better lawyers (that cost more) and have better outcomes.
    I've seen/heard about black people faced with charges that get better lawyers that get more favorable outcomes.
    In other words, I'm not saying racism doesn't affect it at all, but a bigger determining factor is socioeconomic.

    Without getting into personal case details, the highlighted in red part was a large problem. They are overworked and underpaid (mostly). Not a good combination when you are relying on them.

    Wasn't it the individual who decided to fight with police that caused the situation in the first place?
    So now he's dead and she is in prison because he instigated the situation instead of just simply complying.

    I don't see stats backing up his wild claims, I see some people paying more for lawyers which we can all agree does help a lot. atheletes get better lawyers as well, or so it seems.
