Read the report again... Mueller let this point open and unrated!

"Although this report does not conclude that the President has committed a crime, the report does not release him."

And Rosenstein and Barr decided that there was not enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump obstructed. They would have to prove 'intent'. Sorry, no prosecution.

This is your example? You realize Flynn only plead guilty to lying to the FBI. What about him was called fake news? And do you have a link?

No, Mueller's team wrote that and Rosenstein and Barr decided there is not enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to prosecute.

The report was turned over to the AG. Two ways to indict. First a grand jury, nothing there. Second, the AG, nothing there. Move on.

Really? sorry ... but I have no desire to play the grave digger for these threads in this forum at this time for you, only why you can't or won't remember!

And you remember, too, that it was also the sort of what he did too? No ... of course not! Think a moment why he lied to FBI!

Sure ... an AG who was appointed by whom again? Well ... we do not tell, eh?
And about Grand Jury ... contents of whom?

Do I diss Barr and Rosenstein? Ehm ... I opend only the reasoned question by whom they were appointed again!

You know ... We have a proverb here: A crow does not bite the other crow's eye ... as long as it's not around her neck that's at stake!

If anything, I think we should consider if Dämmerung hath plagiarized here. Because, well, I don't read anything here that is exclusive nor unique nor brand new.

    I think the Dems knew, since 2016, that there was no collusion. Therefore this was EXACTLY like everything else before Comey was fired plus everything upcoming from this day forward through Jan2021;

Using taxpayers' dollars to make life miserable, for the Trump Family & Friends, for daring to defeat The Establishment in Nov'2016.

From the light of this morning... I suppose that you've fully recovered, right? All your "desperately grasping" and all. Seems, as many of us have been saying all along, that the spin cycle folks like you were consumed by was entirely one of your own making. So, today? Now what? What will you invest your hate into now?

Love watch the far right trying to wiggle away.

Exonorated of collusion, yes; but not of obstruction of justice and other matters.

The Democrats' focus is shifting to the question Mueller pointedly left unanswered: whether Trump obstructed the investigation by firing FBI Director James Comey and dictating a misleading statement about his son's meeting with the Russian lawyer.

You need to break that analysis down, that makes no sense.

Sorry, no prosecution of obstruction. Sucks to be a sufferer.

Team Mueller intentionally tells AG Barr they cannot make a determination of obstruction, and thereby force Barr to make the decision; and make it look political.

The obstruction angle was always what Team Mueller were working to deliver, in collaboration with their democrat political allies.

It’s almost certain AG Barr saw this coming, which is why he forced DAG Rod Rosenstein to stick around, share in the decision and deflect the politics.

Yeah, t hat's it, Mandelus. We still don't know all of what happen. I believe eventually we will despite what the right wants. 37 indictments etc clearly shows all is not well in the Trump family or campaign or camp.

Mueller played politics by punting the obstruction charge to the AG knowing it will be an issue for democrats. That is why Barr made sure Rosenstein stayed on until the Report came out. Now the democrats have to accuse Rosenstein of a cover up after all the gnashing of teeth that Trump would fire Mueller and Rosenstein.

    We will see ...
But interesting how people bashed on Mueller all the time and even now, when a positive report comes out, they bash further with a **** storm on him, eh?

    Anyway ...
The attempted influence on the judiciary in the matter is still open ... let's wait and see.

And with Trump, I'm not too worried that he'll have enough BS done until the next election, so the majority of Americans will see what kind of fool and liar they've elected once. But this is my opinion as foreigner about ... personally I give a damn on this internal US issue so far, if Trump and all his crap stays within the US borders ... but unfortunately it doesn't!

The polling does not support your assertion. In fact the polling serves Trump well and not the hoax pushers.
