Democrats are never personally responsible for their miserable lives. Pres. Trump had nothing to do with PR's massive debt, or their lack of preparedness and participation. Like Democrats everywhere they just ball up into a fetal position and suck their thumbs. That mayor was complaining while standing in front of tons of relief supplies.

This doesn't cover Pre Existing Conditions. It'll only be beneficial to very young people. Everyone else it will be a disaster !

The ACA has been weakened under Trump. He has repeatedly attempted to make it fail.

No advertising for open enrollment. Shorted enrollment times. Refusing to reimburse subsidies to insurance companies.

The ACA is only weakened under Trump.

There are two types of subsidies. The truly needy will still get billions in aid. There is $7 billion a year that congress never appropriated for Obamacare. Obama disregarded article 1 of the US constitution by authorizing it. Only congress can appropriate that money. I think if congress had wanted to they would have while Obama was still in office.

80 % of Puerto Rico Still without Power 3 weeks after storm. TRump more interested in stirring up NFL players than helping Americans.

Waiting a week before he began doing anything.

Now he's threatening to walk away leaving them to fend for themselves. What a spiteful person!

I always wondered about that, why was it ever a part of the ACA when it could have just been a stand alone law. In any case, as long as the ACA is law the precondition statute will be in place and stay law ;)

I don't see where it uncovers pre-existing conditions. Where did you get that?

The President's two-fisted slam against the Obamacare failure, twin executive orders that allow purchase of insurance across state lines and the end of subsidies to the insurance companies!

This failed mess was kept afloat during Obama's Reign of Error by illegal executive order waivers and payoffs that essentially crafted law from the Oval Office, so President Trump can add Personal Consumer Choice with executive orders and pave the way for free market reforms, incrementally, if necessary.

Each precious EO by the Mighty Trumpster will relieve and empower the American people to such an extent, that any attempt to undo it would be political suicide!

    Yea Trump!

    Winning!

Trump is gutting the Federal government so whatever " savings " will be spent on his wall.
Most agencies have faced a 30 % cut to their budgets. Many positions are no staffed.

Putin toasts Trump every night Zazdarovje !!!

To be fair Trump said on the campaign trail that he would try and do this. He is just keeping a campaign promise.

Oh and the ACA was horrible for me my coverage was slashed and I am paying more then a hundred dollars more every two weeks then I did before it and I work for a damn insurance company!

That is smoke and mirrors and will not solve anything. I had worked for three of the major top insurance companies and we sold insurance of all kinds in all states and territories. We complied with the regulations and insurance laws on every state we wanted to sell in.
Just smoke and mirrors .. I spent almost forty years in the insurance industry and we sold in every state as long as we complied with the regulations and laws of the state. This will fail because I furnace companies will sell in states ( markets) where they do not have network contracts. So if someone from NYC w here health insurance premiums are almost as high Mt. Everest because health visits are that high. If Sally Sicko buys cheap insurance from Montana ( assuming that bung sung Ins Company if Montana even sells it to her) where costs are low that insurance will not pay at NYC prices. Also her NY doc will not accept the rates that bung wing insurance pays so if Sally 's bill is $1000 her insccompany may pay $100 and. Sally Sicko will pay $900 . What a bargain?!!!!

The far left should actually be thrilled. Obama's illegal constitutional subsidy payments to insurers was nothing less than corporate welfare. The markets reflected this fact. Almost all major healthcare insurance providers stocks were down sharply today.

The cost for 2 adults without children is $11,381, that's $5690.50 per adult or $474.20 per adult per month in higher taxes to pay for Government "free" universal health care.

.....and they have to wait 38 weeks in agony for a joint replacement when I waited 8 from first appointment to surgery day. Please explain why that's better.

I was thinking that too. What if a company has a contract with one of these big health companies that operate across state lines? Don't the contracts apply to all their hospitals? Even in other states you can usually find a hospital in your network.

Out of network emergency care is covered -

How could his possibly hurt healthcare? The more companies that can sell policies, the better.

    Competition drives down costs.

Obama knew The ACA wouldn't work. His goal was to get to single payer. It would be a real disaster for tax payers but if you think waiting forever for a doctor visit is what you really want, why not move to Canada?

The wait time for orthopedic surgery in Canada is 38 weeks.

Doctor: Mr. Lucky you need a hip replacement.
Mr. Lucky: Oh thank you doctor, the pain has gotten excruciating, when can we get this nightmare overwith?
Doctor: I think we can slide you in August 2018.
    Mr. Lucky: Excuse me?

But remember it IS CHEAPER.....maybe. There has to be some minor inconveniences associated with reduced health care costs and universal coverage. What's an extra couple of hours lying on a gurney in the back of an ambulance.

ObamaCare is doing that right now, but you don't care just as long government is controlling everything, right?
