The problem with saying "enough is enough" is when nothing happens after you've said it, you appear rather impotent

    I would agree.
So a guy walks into a bar with explosives strapped to his chest and says if I don't get my way everyone dies and he is a terrorist. Next a president says if I do not get my way then everyone on the planet dies in a nuclear war and apparently he is a man of principal. However obviously both are in fact terrorists by definition ie. "using violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims". Note I left out the term "unlawful" in this definition because it is relative in a universal sense thus irrelevant because terror is still in fact terror regardless of the supposed principals which cannot support it. In effect stupid is as stupid does.

The question which begs to be answered is would you rather appear impotent or would you rather be dead or see everyone you know die in a firestorm and starve during a decades long nuclear winter?. You know I can live with impotence because... I'm still alive and apparently there is a cure called Viagra. However I am not aware of a cure for instantaneous death due to a incendiary blast wave covering an extremely large area and massive radiation poisoning killing millions of innocent people.

Let's see what happens. According to RT Putin is meeting with Kim and they're expecting Moon to join them. According to the Duran though, Kim and Moon didn't speak at the economic summit in Vladisvostok, and they were planning on meeting with Putin later on, so maybe RT jumped the gun... or maybe Duran is not up to date.

Anyway what Putin plans to do is start some projects with S. Korea and then N. Korea can join in. That way both Korea's can start getting together. Also according to the road map set out by Russia and China, both sides have to stop the provocations.

Let's hope Washington doesn't do what it did with Syria, whenever peace was at hand.

There are protests going on in S. Korea over the American Thaads. Unless I'm mistaken, Moon was voted in because he promised not to deploy them.

There are protests about everything but if governments followed their leads there'd be chaos everywhere. How many are there not protesting is just as relevant.

Honestly half truths can be as bad as fake news.

The protests are due to China sanctioning South Korea because of Thaad, they are losing billions.

If China really doesn't want those THAADs in South Korea (and in Japan soon), they could do something to remove the recent perceived need those countries have for ballistic missile tracking and targeting capabilities.

Why would the South Koreans want missiles that would make them a target in case of war? Would you? I recall a time when there were mass riots in Germany for the same reason.

As for China, what it does is its own business as long as it doesn't react aggressively towards other nations... which as far as I can tell it never has. What I do know is that my country has Nato bases all over the world so it can maintain its hegemony. There are 15 in S. Korea alone.

My nation also kills leaders like Saddam and Ghadaffi. It also destroys nations like Libya, Iraq and Syria and the lives of millions as an example to those who would dare defy it.

Russia and China have put forward a road map on how to get N. Korea to get rid of its nukes. Russia even promised to insure N. Korea's security. Germany agreed with the road map, but the US rejected it. Instead they want more pressure and more bullying with sanctions, when they know they don't work. Why?

:roflol: they've been a target for 70 years, the US is not threatening war because South Korea is a target, it's threatening war because the US is a target

We probably will have to wait until after the Communist Party summit in China (October 18) to see if Xi gains strength. If he does there might be more Chinese restrictions on fuel to DPRK (especially if Kim launches more tests on the summit's eve).

Lol, yes, the Nazis seem to stash all their assets that were "acquired" from occupied lands in Swiss banks, vwhile we just turned a blind eye, for the time being then.

Kim is threatening war because of Washington's provocations. The US wants to install nukes in S. Korea that can be aimed at China and Russia's main port of Vladisvostok. ..This is why our military installed the Thaads there, and why the Korean people are freaking out.

If China did then Washington would find some excuse to invade N. Korea and put the Thaads there. That way they would be an even greater threat to China and Russia.

Anyway Putin said there's not going to be a war...

While you are pure I suppose? The conflict isn't about a NK army poised on your borders, as far as I know.

You are ready to let Seoul be flattened so you can entertain the silly notion of American hegemony in the far east. With allies like these...

And why did we directly intervene in another nation's civil war? There were no proxies who wanted to fight for us, I suppose...

Nah... China's politics are no based on a 4-years electoral "foresight". Anyone who ever dream of nuking China is usually waking up excusing himself.

What you suggested, to give SK and Taiwan nuclear capacities - as long as it is with you getting the **** outta there - is the best idea in this whole mess.
