That's interesting, the idea that the PA legislature could say that since the election was unconstitutional, they cannot send any electors at all. Biden loses 20 EC votes, but they don't go to Trump. If Biden loses 2-4 states on similar grounds, then the election could end up being decided by a vote in the U.S. House of Representatives.

I remember reading that theory a few weeks ago and thought it was improbable. Now it is looking like a possibility.

You don't have to read the thread, but these are actual lawsuits which are happening. Discussing current events is not a "conspiracy".

Thank Pelosi, Schumer, Nadler, and Schiff for destroying the seriousness of impeachment. It shall become common political performance thanks to that group of Dem "leaders".

There isn't anything even remotely true about this !!!!

No one has ruled the election unconstitutional. Good grief, get over it !!!!!!

I read the court filing and the summary written by the judge who has halted the certification of votes based on questions of constitutionality. The thread title looks accurate to me.

    Did you really !!!!

    https://www.cbsnews.com/news/pennsylvania-certifies-presidential-election-results/
Pennsylvania certified the results of its election Tuesday, formalizing President-elect Joe Biden's victory over President Trump in the state despite efforts by the Trump campaign to block it from doing so.

I admit, I thought it was odd that an MD would call himself 'robster'. ;)

"it's too late, we've already stolen it" is hardly a viable legal argument... Whether the judges (and even Justices) have the guts to follow the rule of law under the circumstances and possibly start a civil war remains to be seen. I am not betting money on their courage.

It wasn't a "ruling" it was her justifying why she didn't reject it out of hand like the 30some other cases.

Tim Pool's guess sounds about right. The PA Supreme Court will likely side with Democrats, but the U.S. Supreme Court will go with rule of law. That is with one caveat, that the U.S. Supreme Court takes the case versus saying that this is strictly a state issue to be solved in the state.

All electoral college votes will be counted as is. The state constitution has zero bearing on that because the US constitution over rules it
, one of the things specifically stated in the US constitution is that only state legistures can determine the rules. Period. End of story. Bye bye. See ya later

Biden had already been certified before this case was filed. Too late. It will not effect the presidential race, and this judge's ruling is just her opinion on how the case will turn out. Come back with some meat, please.

SCOTUS is the final decider on these issues if it goes to SCOTUS.

The US supreme court will only take this case if the Pennsylvania supreme court pretends it has any bearing in the electoral college vote.
