    You still haven't said what crime an abortion would be.


    Why would "providing an abortion" be illegal if abortion isn't a crime??

    It seems to be very difficult for you to say WHAT crime abortion would be....

    One can't just charge another with a "crime". The court will want to know, DUH, WHAT crime?

    Well as long as you want to personify a zygote and call it a human life there is no more discussion. Something that is microscopic is not a human life. You don’t understand the word potential. Again I use the analogy is ZEF is to a human life as an acorn is to an oak tree

    It's not me that "wants" to do so it is biological fact, it is not "potential" is "IS". An acorn is just one stage in the life of oak trees just as is a human zygote to the human being. There is no scientific declaration that being a human is determined by size, that is utter nonsense. A human zygote it identifiable as a HUMAN zygote the start of a human beings life.

    there is no question that a person starts as a zygote the same way there is no question that an oak tree start as an acorn. They are both “potential”

    Except one is of the human species and one is of the oak tree species. Plants have a different mechanism for their creation as opposed to humans, trying to equate the two is scientific folly.

    Alright, well you're essentially asking me to guess what you're referring to, but I assume that you're referring to some very late point in the term, however you may define "late." The ABSOLUTE "last moment" would be literally before the fetus begins its journey down the birth canal.

    Again, the crime of providing an illegal abortion! Or murder, even if the government decided that the woman had to be charged too, although I would be against that. Anyway the government might decide that the woman shouldn't be charged so then a murder charge for the doctor cannot apply. So I might just have to settle for the crime of providing an illegal abortion.

    That doesn’t happen when there is a healthy fetus and healthy mother..you’re creating a strawman and it’s silly. It also shows your attitude toward women that you believe a woman would do that and the doctor would do that
