Have you ever been to NYC? I was raised in Fort Lee, NJ which is right across the George Washington Bridge from Manhattan, and there's a reason why they say that city never sleeps, it's because it doesn't. When we used to go out on weekends, we'd drink until 1 or 2am and head off to China Town to eat, and guess what, they were open and full of customers. And another thing, this bar they were at was open, that means they had other customers and workers who do their thing late at night. But according to you, all the thousands of people who are driving around NYC at 3am, or on buses and subways, their parents didn't raise them right. The only bad part of NYC are the 'hoods and I doubt these people partied in and 'hood.

BTW, the people who attacked this woman, do you have anything to say about their parents and how they were raised?

Midtown Manhattan a block from Time's Square. The Sky Room, as the name implies, isn't on ground level it's within and atop Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square.

The club is open till 4am and the Hotel is open 24/7.

Do you know how many people who aren't 'smart' are on the streets of NYC in the wee hours of the morning? Perhaps NYC should pass an ordinance prohibiting people from being outside during whatever hours you think not so smart people shouldn't be on the streets. And anyone who ventures out during those hours is labeled as not being smart.

So when are you going to stop blaming the victim? Face it, she's the wrong color, right? And her assailants are the right color, right? So you're going to do a complete 180 flip, blame the WOMAN rather than the thugs, merely based upon race. Am I right again? Race out weighes gender, or at least that's the message you're sending.

Many very smart people in NYC, tens of thousands even, don't even GO to the bars until they leave work at 12AM, go home, clean up and only THEN go out for a few hours. Or if really smart, they take their night clothes to work with them and "shower" in the company lavatory sink (if their employer is cheap and doesn't have actual showers in a company gym) so they can use the limo service to get taken straight to the bars. In fact, it's not unusual to see people just leaving the bars at 8AM when they close for a bit to clean up. Then a NEW crowd comes in during the day, some of whom pulled all-nighters at work. You probably need to ditch the "smart people don't stay at bars til 3AM" angle sooner rather than later, especially where NYC is concerned.
