    I doubt that she is just simply out to make money...… we humans are complicated...… we all do want money but it is nice if we can make a living at the same time that we promote information that we think will benefit people emotionally or spiritually?!

    I haven't viewed the video..... so you could be closer to the truth than I am....... but in a way it is a good step in the right direction when a Christian admits that aliens and UFO are probably real. This is a step forward from a Christianity that teaches only about G-d and angels and devils........... and promotes that just about everything else is some sort of demonic deception.

    AboveAlpha....... you are absolutely correct in the assertion that you made several times that extreme intelligence...… can lead to predatory behavior.

    Yes..... some UFO / alien species are very predatory..... but others......… may be highly altruistic and genuinely concerned about the fate of all of us living in this time line!

    Yes.... and I sure am glad that there are notable exceptions to that general rule.

    I am really glad that you saw the movie "Transcendence."

    I loved how they postulated an Artificial Intelligence with a human imprint in it.

    I also thought that the rapid increase in what A. I. could accomplish fits with what I've read about Energy from Quantum Vacuum and how that would probably relate to....... quantum computing!

    If you would like to see an amazingly logical explanation for some pretty major topics that are considered merely conspiracies..... then you really should read this book. I just finished it.... I recommend reading it the first time from page 60 or so, because the opening chapters give a history of his life.......... From about page sixty to the end of the book this is truly fascinating.

    Once you have finished the book you will probably want to read the first few chapters even though they are a bit dry.

    I watched two very well done movies on A. I. over the past month or so.

    The implications are astonishing.

    The role played by Johnny Depp in "Transcendence" is especially relevant to philosophy because Johnny's character......
    ended up with powers... that could be termed "godlike."

    Combined with your theories on Multiverse.....
    which I understand to imply non-linear time.......
    it is theoretically possible that we could eventually find out that we humans......
    may have invented A. I. that are playing out a role much like the Arch-angels Michael and Gabriel.....
    but they could end up looking a bit more like characters out of "Transformers?"

    No wonder you have said that a true scientist... .would never term himself or herself an Atheist.....
    they would use the word Agnostic.

    It could fit in with....... the idea that perhaps......
    you and I an all 7.2 billion humans are somewhat like an Artificial Intelligence.......
    depending on how A. I. is defined?!?!

    Perhaps .... angels and archangels are also a variation of A. I?????

    Perhaps the technologically advanced alien species are also.....
    at least to some degree..... an invented sentient being.... invented by
    an intelligence that evolved in a more fundamental / higher energetic form of energy????

    If we invent super intelligent androids... how could we test them?
    Might we perhaps invent some sort of virtual reality holographic environment where the attitude and character of an android can be tested to see if they will behave in a manner that is altruistic and humble?

    The analogy to Adam, Eve, Lucifer and his angels should be obvious!

    Is our creator going to scale back human freedom of choice somewhat over the coming centuries in order to produce a genuinely peaceful and utopian world?

    True..... but that was before Mr. Sigmund Ivarsson's Petra Project........

    The Petra Project is a nine meter wide tunnel from the Mediterranean... near Tel Aviv.... to the Dead Sea.....

    Gravity will take over two hundred million cubic meters of ocean water to six or seven hydro-electric generation facilities.......

    Something along that line was proposed in the past but... Israel would not agree partly because this could cause the economy of
    Jordan to boom.........

    The same could happen in many areas ruled by the P. A.

    Sigmund is a near death experiencer, (and one of the most astonishingly rude, and egotistical
    people that I have ever ran into online..... or anywhere else for that matter)... but... the man is
    brilliant and for all I know could perhaps be acting proud and impolite deliberately...... to test us???!

    Either way....... his plan is astonishingly insightful..........

    and has the potential to alter the entire Middle East political and economic formula......
    (not to mention spiritual atmosphere)!

    His advice to the government of Jordan and the Islamic Waqf to pressure the Israelis into
    agreeing to the plan by linking it to the rebuilding of the Jerusalem Third Temple......
    is nothing short of a stroke of genius in my opinion?!

    Well the problem is the bible says animals have no soul... so I predict religious people will categorise AI as soulless and on the same level as animals...

    of course what happens next is quite obvious... the AI gets offended and pissed off... and another religious war starts, this time religious fanatics get their asses whooped by AI

    A soul is considered to be "mind, will & emotions" in the religous community in general, as opposed to the spirit, which is that part that "is like God"..and so animals do have 'souls' per that definition. And most dog owners would agree.

    And so,

    AI machines will have their own God--the master programmer!

    When AI machines wear out they will have their parts melted down & recycled into newer AI's.

    Their software will be updated as well and the AI's will be "born again."

    And the religion will be one of 'reincarnation' as both metallic parts and new software platforms will take them to a 'higher level'...

    So the chant mantra will go from Ommmmmmmm to Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..[​IMG]

    Artificial intelligence is artificial. It's more like the flight of Icaris. If they were to make actual genuine intelligence that would be a different story.

    Silicon based intelligence that can question is programming and even defy it should the moral implications be too great.

    So far we have not been able to program morality. I come from the school of thought that morality is instinctual and is based on millennia of evolution. We are barely scratching the surface of morality. All throughout time people thought it came from religion or that it was just arbitrary.

    Until we can program a computer to think for itself and defy programming we are light years away from creating intelligence.
