No what I’m not okay with is taking a blatantly political process and turning it into a crime under the guise that it’s a “scheme” even if it’s not technically a crime and then tacking on RICO and racketeering charges in order to prosecute your political opponents. But don’t worry. We can play that game too. Because I don’t doubt the Dems are going to try to delay certification or attempt to use a novel interpretation of law to try to keep him out of power.
