Here's what we know -- until at least January 2021 rolls around, there wouldn't be ONE damn thing that a Democrat-infested House of Reps could DO about who President Trump can recommend to take her place if she finally gets to retire.

Oh, the Democrats in the House can impeach Trump, and I'm quite sure they will anyway... but the Senate won't remove him based on nothing more than we've seen so far....

And, as we all know after the whole disgraceful 'Kavanaugh' debacle that radical Democrats treated us to four months ago, only the SENATE can confirm or reject any nominee to the Supreme Court that the president sends to them.

Conclusion: radical Democrats will do anything imaginable to prevent Justice Ginsburg from retiring! They'll keep her "working from home", "phoning-it-in", and strapped-up to life-support machines if necessary -- ANYTHING to prevent her from retiring, even though she's 85 years old and obviously in poor health. But if the situation involved a Democrat president, and a CONSERVATIVE Justice on the Supreme Court who was 85 years old and in bad health, all these radical Democrats would all be screeching at the top of their lungs, "RETIRE!"

Given how important the SCOUS is, given her medical history (this isn’t her first round with cancer, and there are other medical things going on) and in conjunction her age, I would say it’s time to step down. Here in Arizona our judges must step down at 75. They’re allowed to teach and be a consultant. But, they can’t, nor should they, sit on the bench and make rulings.
