Yeah and Trump won big, there was massive election fraud, the FBI, DOJ, all the Governors (except Ron DeSantis) and all the judges are in on it and the China virus should disappear any minute now, everybody knows that.
hmm... and yet BLM and ANTIFA raged around the nation without constraint. Funny what the left's priorities are...
Yep. Biden's voters don't go to superspreader events. They stay home, being prudent in regards to the pandemic mismanaged by Biden's rival, and before the election, instead of going out and getting infected, they stayed home busy applying for, filling up, and mailing in their ballots in order to kick the incompetent lame duck sore loser out of the White House. All 80 million of us.
They did hear it, every last argument. At the end of the hearing, after the last dishonest and lying lawyer had spoken, they issued that one sentence dismissing it. Meaning, "get out of here and don't further waste our time with this BS. Not even worth dictating a longer decision. This is by unanimity. No dissents. No, being nominated by the petulant wannabe fascist who wants to overturn the free election doesn't mean we'll forget a little thing called the US Constitution. And hey, he can't fire us. We're appointed for life. He's the one who got fired. Haha." In other words, yes, they flipped Trump the bird.
Didn't you read the article and the one sentence decision? Let me help you in case you missed it. They did hear it and ruled in favor of The People by summarily dismissing it. I understand it's rare for SCOTUS to rule in favor of The People but it happens on occasion.
A summary dismissal is the antithesis of "hearing the case." The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania unlawfully changed its election rules at the last minute, in situ, prima facie evidence of at least misfeasance if not outright malfeasance. The Court has indicated it has no interest in investigating this transgression against the people, and against the United States, and in representing the people therein.
Much agreed, and it explains why only conservative talk radio is popular Propaganda wears against reality, it needs constant repetition Truth speaks for itself
If the court had no interest it wouldn't have commented on the case at all. The court found that the case presented was not worthy of any consideration, though the matter was important enough to deem a comment. IMO they were seriously remiss in their duty when they refrained from taking a contempt action against the plaintiffs for wasting the court's time and attacking a fundamental institution of the United States
I hope Republicans learned from that and never again nominate an idiot like Trump as presidential candidate.
You dont know what you are talking about. You have no idea whats going on aside from what someone else is telling you to be upset about. Your vote in PA was not affected by any of that. And if you didnt even vote in PA, then WTF, you really have no stake in that. And its not the courts job to represent the people.
Either: A. The CourtS (about 50 of them including SCOTUS) aren't interested in entertaining embarrassingly blatantly frivolous lawsuits not based on reality. or B. All the judges (about 60+) in multiple states are in on the steal. It's a massive election fraud to steal the election for Biden that everyone in a position of authority is in on. Pick one from column A or column B.
So you mean Trump didn't win big, there was no massive election fraud, and the FBI, DOJ, all the Governors (except Ron DeSantis) and all the judges are not in on it and the China virus will not disappear any minute now? You're right, my mistake, I admit it.
Its a lose/lose with these people on the left. They cried that Trump appointed supreme court judges. Now, instead of being happy that the SCOTUS is clearly non-partisan, now they can't even be happy with that and instead want to shove it in your face. I say ignore all these trolls!
The decision to dismiss this case is hardly proof SCOTUS is non-partisan. Now, the court very well may turn out to ultimately be non-partisan, but that case can't be made based on ONE decision. Nice try though.
