    I have the standard purple...yellow...orange and white. I bought a packet of mixed color seeds and these were the result. I just read that if you deadhead the torch lilly they bloom all summer.

    There are such thing as TOO Hot a Peppers.
    I remember once our next door neighbor in Cleveland
    who had purchased extra lots,had The largest plot of land
    around.Mostly woods.He had a small garden and planted stuff like
    tomatoes and green beans and peppers.I remember the word around town
    was that them peppers were so Hot even the Rabbits took to runnin'
    when near his garden patch.

    Hotness is measured using the Scoville Scale. You can now buy "hot sauce" products such as Blair's 16 Million, which is just pure Capsaicin - the chemical that makes peppers hot.

    IIRC, 10 ml can be lethal. So it is sold in very small units.

    According to Americas test kitchen the more stress the plant suffers the hotter the pepper.

    For dinner at 3 PM --

    - homemade chicken noodle vegie soup

    - to drink -- Orangina (can't drink booze -- gotta work again tonight).

    This morning when I got home from work I was too tired to cook or eat so I again just guzzled a pint of milk before going to bed.

    But now 7 hours later after sleeping all morning and early afternoon, I'm ravishingly hungry.

    Got my Over-The-Counter elk tag and hunting license this morning on the way home from work. That took 1 1/2 hours of standing in line. Looking forward to the fall season again.

    During the fall season I love hunting for elk in the mountains.

    During the rest of the year I hunt humans who are trespassing against the law.

    The elk are smarter. They try to run and hide. Very smart.

    Humans like to put up a fight even when they are outgunned and outclassed and don't even stand a chance. It is called futile defiance. Very stupid.

    If my kitty was blind I would still take care of him. Love is blind too.

    But if he were in chronic endless pain I would have the vet finish it.

    This week I am one day ahead of all of the rest of you.

    Today (Tuesday 7/17) is really my Wednesday.

    Sunday (7/15) was my Monday.

    I have your Friday and your Saturday off.

    I have Friday Saturday and sunday off every week.

    this one coming up will be spent on the river. I have a pretty decent disco library so the beach be like.....

    Nah, nobody has been hurt by yoga pants, they are the bacon of the clothing world. Well, unless you are in Walmart then they are more like crispy cream, but I digress.

    You can sure get an idea of a girls rhythm once the disco comes on.

    It’s forecast to be 112-113 out there this weekend. Water should be 76-78, margaritas around 32 I would imagine.
