With all the problems facing Trump, 2019 is going to be year in hell for Republican defenders.

You make a good point. The Harvard Harris poll that has Trump at 45% and Congress at 13% approval is almost certainly off given the obvious polling boas against Trump and in favor of Congress which is controlled by the corrupt political establishment.

Add at least 5 points to Trump's 45% and subtract 5 from the Congress's 13 to improve accuracy.

 

Rasmussen has Trump a bit lower at 44% and Congress way up there at 18%.
Is that better?
