Twitter is the platform for the cucked morons of the world.

    Twitter also censors right-wing conversation.

So of course the left's fake news would be trending.

You think this is some badge of honor.

I think its just more proof of how dumb those people are.

How can it be Trump's shutdown when his role int he process never occurred?

That's how dumb your Twitter buddies are.

Good post thanks for the laugh.

One poll shows that Independents blame Republicans for the shutdown over Dems by a 21 point margin:

On the one years anniversary of his inauguration, Trump has a govt. shutdown and tens of thousands marching for his impeachment. Lulz.

Your attempt to dismiss and diminish personal stories of sexual assault and abuse is almost entirely irrelevant to the topic of this thread.

Do you think Trump's unwillingness to agree with any DACA deal had any influence?

well I can agree Trump did not win cause most American voters wanted Trump as their president - but that is history, as Trump would say... "the looser one" and yes, Trump the stable genius misspelled won

agree, congress had a bipartisan bill that could pass, they should of passed that and sent it to Trump

if Trump wanted something different, then he needs to tell republicans in congress what he wants

but for republican in congress to pass nothing cause they do not know what Trump wants is pretty lame

Even the MSM knows this is a Schumer Shutdown:

"Top Senate Democrat Chuck Schumer said Wednesday there's "very, very strong" sentiment among his party's lawmakers to oppose GOP-drafted legislation that would only keep the government's doors open for four weeks past a looming Friday deadline. Schumer did not say his caucus was entirely unified, but the rhetoric signaled growing chances that a stop-gap measure could come up short of votes in the Senate and federal agencies could begin closing their doors Friday at midnight."

No because I truly feel that Trump wants to permanently settle the status of DACA immigrants. Very few want to expel people that were brought to the States as children and know nothing else but the United States as home. Actively removing this cohort of immigrants is an optic that cannot withstand moral scrutiny.

Congress and the prior administration has left these people in legal limbo. It needs to end. These people deserve a solid foundation that they can build on. Living in two year increments between the fear of deportation cannot do the soul any good.

The Democrats ARE using this horrid state of limbo as a negotiating tool. It's just freaking evil. 6 months ago Trump said to Congress:

    Donald J. Trump

    ✔@realDonaldTrump

Congress now has 6 months to legalize DACA (something the Obama Administration was unable to do). If they can't, I will revisit this issue!

    7:38 PM - Sep 5, 2017

This loose end needs to be eliminated. It's an open wound. Settle this crap Congress, it's your job.

    Cheers

The 6 month deadline is entirely a fabrication of Trump's own decision making. And one that he could have reversed at any moment.

Or when the party who should support the President considers the President a problem ... since the President is not a puppet in the hands of the party [like Obama was for the Democrats ...].

I say they are both responsible for the shutdown

Republicans because they do not want to help the dreamers
Democrats because they wanted to help the dreamers

I think the democrats have the moral high ground on this one

and the Trump admin is already asking the republican controlled supreme court to look at reversing the lower courts, thus can't depend on the lower courts blocking it forever, time to act to protect the dreamers is now

all republicans have to do is agree to not harming the dreamers, simple

instead Trump wants the government to shut down, why does he hate the dreamers so?

republicans can add daca to this bill and dems can never use it... the point you fail to see is democrats are not asking for anything in return, just add daca to the bill, that is all they want

maybe what you meant is republicans do not want to add daca to the bill as THEY want to use it later as a negotiation tool, they they are the ones holding the dreamers hostage

Very true, anything can be changed.

I do however feel that it's a political necessity to end the DACA. End in the sense that we give these people a firm and quick path to citizenship. Trump is politically akamai, he knows that leaving DACA hanging is a liability. The best move is to end it as he strongly recommend to Congress in September. I don't know why congress is slow walking this.

    Congress needs to act. Congress!

President Trump isn't President of the World.

So, who gives a chit what the World thinks.
