    And LOL at the description of permitting witnesses to testify as "impeaching himself."

    The difference is that Putin had Obama under his thumb after the Koch-Glitsch Italia deal went through.

    Obama turned his nose on the Ukraine and thusly, Biden took every advantage of it.

    I'll accept Morrison's testimony. Vindman explained his negative comment as the difference between a non-military background (Morrison) and his own (military). And, Morrison testifies tomorrow in the public hearing, so he can be asked directly regarding his opinion of Vindman's competence.

    No, they dropped the lawsuits against Bolton. The rest of the subpoenas - and the associated lawsuits - are in effect and ongoing.

    I am fairly certain that they did not drop the lawsuit against Kupperman, but I'll double check.

    Yea, they asked the judge to dismiss the lawsuit because they did withdraw the subpoena.
