Lol, you completely misunderstood my post. Our body is not who we are. It is just a vehicle for our soul/consciousness. We have used many bodies that were xx and xy. This argument over sex and gender is a waste of time, a plot by politicians to keep us divided and focused on things that are completely irrelevant.

Nope. There are a number of others besides XX and XY: XXY, XXYY, XYYY, XYYYY, X, XXX Some of these aren't all that rare - like 1 in 1,000. That's a lot of individuals, given the population of America. Also, chromosomes aren't an absolute control. There are gonads, pituitary glands, etc., that emit signals concerning various aspects of sex. Remember that you can't detect homosexuality by looking at a person's genes.
Which are known as "mutations". And in most cases, can not even reproduce XXY, a male with an extra X chromosome. Also known as "Klinefelter Syndrome", and sterile. XXYY, also sterile. XYYY syndrome. Guess what? Sterile? Females with just a single X chromosome? Also known as "Turner syndrome". Most fetus with this condition are spontaneously aborted in the third trimester. And all women born with it are sterile. Seeing a pattern here? When you step into the area of chromosomal defects, that is unfavorable and not advantageous. Rarely does not matter, they are genetic abnormalities and will almost never be passed to future generations as they are essentially "mules". Not only sterile, but that defect is not actually "genetic" and can not be passed down to children even in the rare cases of parenting children. They are nothing more then genetic mistakes. You are doing what a lot of people trying to sell "rare" things at auction are doing. Just because something is "rare" does not mean it is "valuable". And genetically to humans, somebody with XXYY is just a genetic dead end caused by random mutation. And also has nothing to do with this discussion. FYI, I have a cousin that was diagnosed with Kleinfelter. He is a man, even served in the Marines. He and his wife even adopted two kids when that was determined to be the cause of his infertility. But he does not go around trying to claim he is a woman just because he has an extra X chromosome. In fact, the last time we talked about a year ago he even laughed when he told me he now had to do breast examinations as his doctor warned him he is at an increased risk of breast cancer. Nice try, throwing out a slew of random genetic mutations, and thinking that actually has anything to do with the topic.
Sterility doesn't change anything I've said. Being sterile hasn't stopped these cases from existing. They are coming from the nonsterile population. Beyond that, I first pointed out that genes aren't an absolute control. So, someone who is XX or XY could have various glands that control sexuality operating outside of what is common for their genetic code. The question is, how could our morality, our law, our society POSSIBLY justify less than equal treatment of those whose bodies don't fit some specific pattern?
I just want to call out this one sentence of yours. This could not POSSIBLY be more immoral if you tried. How dare you judge a human being as not "valuable" based on their natural body composition?
