That is probably true, except that we were talking about catastrophic insurance, that does not cost a lot.

You get pulled over, the cops say they think you may have done something illegal. They take your vehicle, the cash in your wallet, the teddy bear in your back seat. They may not even arrest you.

Your personal possessions are recorded as asset seizure. You may never see them again. You aren't charged with anything.

There doesn't have to be a crime that they even suspect you of, just because they said that is why they pulled you over. You obviously haven't found the ACLU article, or any of the other articles out there regarding this issue.

 

Which individuals offered me such a contract? And how is it right for someone to offer somebody a contract that says, "Pay me, leave, or I put you in jail." I don't really see that as being something that would be right for me or any other individual to do.
