    But all of that staying in his car stuff is irrelevant. And as to self-defense, as Martin was on top when shot, the evidence would not support his use of deadly force. The expert on threats made this quite clear. While George was said to have had no option but to use his gun.

    In between the punch and the gunshot is the beating and mounting. That's where TM crossed the line and got himself shot.

    Well, the relevant evidence with regard to where the disagreement is. Whether on a broad issue of multiple evidence points, or just one pinpoint mis-recollection, who knows.

    Well they defense did play games with the SYG issue. I am sure a civil suit weighed at some point.

    I don't think Martin was educated enough to know what SYG is. But he might have thought he could defend himself and claim self defense... at least till the gun shot.

    Then the Left Arm was on the Left Side of his body and couldn't possibly be in the way of your right hand.

    Pulling Martin down towards his body with Martin extending his arms to push away and his knees bent with attempts to pull away is the only way Zimmerman could have seen his left arm as being in the way and the only way he could have fired in a T shaped 90 degree angle.

    That's the law. The evidence doesn't support it happening that way though.

    Now, let me ask you a question. If TM attacked GZ and beat him on the ground causing GZ to fear for his life, would he be justified in shooting TM to stop the beating?

    No, they did not. That was the Press raising all sorts of crap, and before O'Mara took control of the case. It has always been Self Defense from Zimmerman. SYG does not apply to his claim. It can't.
