Once that meant something, now it's just an easily changed patch. Beijing has made their votes meaningless by giving itself sole prerogative over choosing the candidates.

Of course the Socialist tools are all for the Commies:

China forcefully harvests organs from detainees, tribunal concludes
China's organ transplant trade is worth $1 billion a year, according to a tribunal. This story contains details some may find distressing.

LONDON — The organs of members of marginalized groups detained in Chinese prison camps are being forcefully harvested — sometimes when patients are still alive, an international tribunal sitting in London has concluded.

Some of the more than 1.5 million detainees in Chinese prison camps are being killed for their organs to serve a booming transplant trade that is worth some $1 billion a year, concluded the China Tribunal, an independent body tasked with investigating organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience in the authoritarian state.

“Forced organ harvesting has been committed for years throughout China on a significant scale,” the tribunal concluded in its final judgment Monday. The practice is “of unmatched wickedness — on a death for death basis — with the killings by mass crimes committed in the last century,” it added.

The Protesters clearly fear the darkness of tyranny that is descending on them.

Antifa is anarchist which means no government which means freedom from tyranny. HK's anarchists demand the same but are FAR more violent and disruptive. No surprise that members of the forum far right defend them.

Funny how right wingers say we must have 2d Amendment rights to protect ourselves against repressive government. But they deny those rights to innocents trying to defend themselves against brutal cops in Ferguson or in other cities during Occupy Wall Street. In those cases, the government is deemed angelic despite the brutalism and Gestapo type tactics while the victims are deemed trouble makers and criminals.

Suddenly, in Hong Kong the government is now deemed to be criminal while the violent anarchists are viewed as angelic!

Once again, the forum right wingers openly display their double standards thereby proving everything we patriots say about them as there just isn't a shred of principle in those people.

The Boston Tea Party and the Sons of Liberty, as well as I, disagree.

In a world moved by ideas, it’s best to integrate concretes into valid concepts. For example, there is a moral difference between Lenin and Washington, though both used force to overthrow an Aristocracy. Lenin, in the name of the collective good, established a nation of gulags; Washington, in the name of Man’s Rights, established a nation of industries. One prospered, the other withered and died.

It’s life for the living that the best and brightest in Hong Kong are fighting for; those that oppose them seek to establish a living death. In the battle between Liberty and tyranny, those who oppose Liberty are the ones who make a tyranny possible.

In this case, it is the Hong Kong police who are the vandals, and it is the revolutionaries defending their right to the most scared property they possess, their very lives, that are on the moral and reasonable side of life.

    Support Liberty. Support Hong Kong.

Well said. Can anyone here find the words "democracy" and "freedom" in the Bible?

For those who are used to vote for their government, they will find no elections in Heaven when they rest at peace up there one fine day.

Why no elections? Simply because of one God. With no other competitors, how can there be an election? Unless His son Jesus tries to run against Him.

Lastly one notable politician recently dared to claim that he is the Messiah or "Chosen One". Hence it is not surprising that he will dare to challenge God to an election if he retires to Heaven one fine day. :xd:

You and your fellow countrymen like to shout empty slogans. Your liberty is cheap. Your support is cheap too. Because they are not worth a single cent.

Here is my suggestion. Instead of trying in vain to purchase Greenland, Trump should consider buying Hong Kong.

But on one condition -- He must give every Hongkonger one million US dollars, a condominium unit and a big car. Since there are about 7,500,000 Hongkongers at present, the US will have to foot at least 7,500,000 million dollars for the purchase of Hong Kong.

Perhaps when Trump offered to buy Greenland from Denmark, he was thinking about the purchase of Alaska. Buying lands is no longer cheap.

Stop shouting empty slogans of freedom and democracy. At least a bottle of air can save a drowning man, but not a bottle of democracy or freedom. :xd:

Perhaps you are right, I'm just a blowhard, mouthing platitudes to feel self-righteous. It may just be that not one word I post, or any other Hong Kong supporters post has any value or meaning to anyone.

Still, with that being said, this much is still true: The fight in Hong Kong is between Liberty and tyranny, and it should be honored and supported by any who wish to breathe free air instead of suffocating slowly with the boot of the tyranny pressing on their necks. It's the least, the least of us can do, because it's what the best within us demands.

    Support Liberty. Support Hong Kong.

ANTIFA fights to silence dissent; the Hong Kong Revolutionaries fight to protect dissent. Those who evade this are fighting to darken the light, not enlighten the minds. If they were truly truthful they'd be truthfully ashamed.

Yeah like protesting against corporate exploitation in Occupy Wall Street, against white supremacy terrorists in Charlottesville, and against police criminality in other areas is somehow unenlightened. On other threads the forum far right talks about the need for 2d Amendment rights and the necessity of protecting yourself against government by having access to deadly weapons. When Antifa exercises their rights, suddenly the Constitution goes out the window for those deluded righties.

    Truly shameful.

    Hong Kong terrorists:

    ^ blocking airport

    ^ throwing Molotov cocktails

^ destroying property and injuring civilians

These Kong Kong protests are terrorists who have committed infinitely more violence that Antifa and the American white supremacists combined. Anyone who defends them is supporting treasonous terrorism.

Well said. Keep up your good work by posting more photos or videos of the violence and vandalism committed by the radical protesters.

In my previous post, I have suggested that the Hong Kong government should set up a museum for the exhibition of objects and photos that show the vandalism and violence of the radical protesters. By the way, some protesters had thrown bricks, eggs and flaming objects at police stations. Rubbish was set on fire outside at least one police station.

In addition, I suggest that the Hong Kong government should not repair any damage done to properties. Neither should the government clean up the mess created by the radical protesters. They should be left as "live exhibits" for posterity to reveal the true faces of the radical protesters.

Why waste taxpayers' money to repair the damage or clean up the mess? The moment you repair one damaged property, they will vandalise another.

I have watched the news on television and it was reported that some radical protesters were shouting "Revolution!" In fact, when we look at the extent of the violence and vandalism, it is not an exaggeration to say that the protest movement now looks more like an uprising or revolution.

My great friend, you are still shouting your useless, empty slogans. How many cents do your liberty and support worth? If you are as wealthy and powerful as Donald Trump, you should open the doors of America wide open to all Hongkongers, whether they are rich or poor, and give them enough money and lands so that they can live in peace and happiness without facing the violence and vandalism of radical protesters.

America's slogans of freedom and democracy are not worth a single cent. What the people in distress want is not something as abstract as the concept of heavenly bliss, but lots of money and a peaceful livable environment.

My great friend, are you saying that the chaotic situation in Hong Kong is a change for the better?

I can see from the current happenings that Hong Kong is finished. Using an analogy of a house on fire set by some disgruntled tenants who are enraged with the landlord, there are two scenarios:

Either letting the fire burn out by itself, or sending in the firemen now. You should know the outcome in the first scenario.

The second scenario is no better. The house will be flooded with water from the firemen's hoses. Mattresses, television, radio, electrical appliances, food, etc will be wet and damaged, and the whole house will be in a big mess. :skull:

My great friend, don't be as simple-minded as Simple Simon. The Western propagandist photo proves nothing at all because it can be a photo of any normal surgery in a hospital.

But when you see the following photos from a website, you will realise the extent of American atrocities and violence around the world. :xd:

As a free man, I have the right to sel-defense, not the right to forcefully silence my opponents speech. Just exactly who is exercising that right in this video? Yaron Brook or ANTIFA?

This took place at King’s college in England at conference on the Right to Free speech. The attack begins at 19:16 of the video.

You defend this? In the name of truth and justice? Someone’s chocolate chips is missing the chocolate, the chips, and the Gold Medal
    Flour.

I’d rather be free than penned and feed in socialist slave state.

And again, whether I’m as useless as Don Quixote or as courageous as Francis Marion, the truth still remains, the communist tyrant, Xi Jinping is demanding the enslavement of the best and brightest in Hong Kong. The best and the brightest are defiantly fighting for liberty.

And still true as before, the least the least-among-us can do is salute them and pray for their victory. It’s what the best within us asks.

So true - all this extremist violence supported by forum members of the radical far right.

By comparison, Antifa in the USA was meek and mild mannered. Yet, the righties condemned them even though they were supporting OWS and BLM who were only trying to save American lives and promote domestic justice.
