    You have a HOA, a gated community, and the residents agree to not have a gun. Big whoop.
    Except for the criminals, of course - they won't abide by your HOA agreement, and as they are not members of your HOA, your HOA is unenforceable against them.

    2/3 of those are suicides,most of the remaining are gang related, and it also includes justifiable homicide. We have over 100 of those in Texas alone each year. Those aren’t crimes. It seems the biggest problem is organized crime, which completely ignore gun laws anyway.

    It won't be charted by the state, it will be charted by the "crown" where all power to govern will descend.

    Note. the crown will be the pillar of the system that will be free from corruption. The wearer of the crown is the K or Q and they appoint the Governor general who serves till 65, who then appoints the senators who serve till 65, and then the Executive legislator who is elected by the peoples house, (all the EL candidates run and then based on proportional vote ranked choice get to hand pick who serves on the legislature with them by %) gets to nominate members to the crown court and then senate must approve. The senate and the courts are held under oath to only follow the charter and not their own oppinions. or face up to 20 years in prison and expelling from government.

    Why do I need a state charter? It will happen in some under populated state in middle america and the crown refers to the "Keshi" Crown.

    If you don't have a state charter, you don't have a city - you have a private community with a HOA, that exists within a state.

    Maybe just for laughs and an duck you to the supreme court for holding the 2A over our heads ill get a charter form say Ontario or Quebec and tell the government that if they take action they are recognizing a charter from another country as legidiment in the US to force them to just leave it be.

    If there was space in cali or any other the other states that don't have a 2A replica in their constitution I would but since people like being safe those states are full. They would all have 0 problem with letting the city do its thing.
