We're not sure why any agenda, beyond stopping Obama's and the Democrats' destructio -- er, fundamental transformation of America is or should be necessary.

    So:

    1. Preserving America, the great hope of mankind.
    2.-5. superfluous.

I do not think this election was about what the Republicans can do. If you look at the parties favorable ratings, the Republican Party is still lower than the Democratic Party 29% to 33%. So the Republicans victory was not because the people liked them more. Their victory was, at least according CNN more of the electorate being dissatisfied and/or angry with the president and his policies. At least according to their exist polls. 34% were dissatisfied with the president, 23% were down right angry while only 39% were satisfied.

Like it or not, this election had an Obama face to it. I think the turning point was when the president said, "I am not running, but my policies are."

So what I'm reading here is that almost no-one voted for republicans, they voted against democrats.

When the republicans have failed to fix everything with their magic non-agenda will you vote against them?

It's basically a 99.9% guarantee the conservative (RINO's?) Republicans will screw up given their track record.

So let the conservatives enjoy what will amount to nothing more than a short lived victory.

You know what's funny is that you typed this as a failed attempt at sarcasm, only then to validate the claims of racism with your next post (which was racist)

    Hilarious.

Considering that your low information right wing brethren are constantly saying the GOP is rife with "RINO's", who they claim are nothing more than liberals pretending to be conservatives, would that mean that last night a bunch of liberals won the senate over the other liberals? Seriously, inquiring minds want to know.

No one tried to 'get' Obama. He has been a failure for six long and miserable years and now it simply obvious to the rest of America. The Republican agenda I voted for is 'Don't be Obama.' That is enough. But not being Obama is much more complex than you are liable to give it credit. To not be Obama, one must:

    1. Be honest
    2. Have integrity
    3. Allow the greater good to overcome personal ideology
    4. Keep one's promises
    5. Be competent
    6. Be intelligent
    7. Have personal experiences in the real world which allow you to govern in a functional manner.

Don't think so---they will pull together, for the sake of the country. We have been screwed over for 6 years by REAL Liberals---been there, done that, don't want it to happen again.

I voted for both Republicans and Democrats. The Reps I voted for were generally incumbents with some great experience. They also had practical ideas on what they wanted to do for the state.

LOL! If that were true every politician alive would have to quit. You can back your party but to think they possess any more of that than anyone else is just wishful thinking or psychotic denial.

And YES, when Obama was first elected Senator %itch McConnell said publically and on record(look it up) that the Republican's No. Priority was to "get Obama".
    It was NOT:

    end the war

    improve the economy

    create jobs

    be honest

    have integrity

I let the coin do the voting for me. I mean literally. I flipped it and said heads Rethuglicans. Tails Demonrats.

I cant' stand either party. They're completely bile to me, and made of substance that is akin to bile.

Neither party is for the people anymore. They only thing they're for is the money and the power.

Several moderate libertarians have left the GOP and either joined the Libertarian Party or are running as independents.
