It's the "victim" mentality the DNC continually re-enforces to create division, and maintain their influence. Minorities have carried the torch of resentment since the days of slavery. Therefore they expect those they hold responsible for their oppression should continue to wear the mantle of guilt.

Not sure why anyone would feel guilty over something they had nothing to do with, especially when it happened two or more centuries ago. Even less sure how someone believes their inexplicable guilt is grounds to have the state force me to make amends for it.
